Followed the instructions, made a smoothie for my wife- and the damned jug would not separate from the base unit. Waste of money

The power is good for blending and grinding anything. I like the quality looks clean. The big problem I’ve got with the blender is that it’s very hard to open the bottom. Always stuck and almost impossible to remove. That’s the reason I regret buying this product.

Thought I’d take a chance for Black Friday. Mistake. Poor quality blender. Very first time I used it, it struggled to blend a chopped tomato sauce that had been cooking for nearly an hour. Very soft, cooked tomatoes. After a short while it stopped working and I could smell burning. Not the slight burning smell of a new electric motor, a concerning smell. Wouldn’t switch back on. Left the power on to see what would happen. Came back on 5 minutes later randomly and the burning smell came back. Tried it a second time with some fruits and milk for a smoothie the next. Exact same issue but the smell was worse and it got pretty hot. Never used it again. Going to return for the refund. Not sure it is safe to use.

Weak motor engine. Blends fine but takes a lot of work and time. Update: 4 months later, engine burns out and stops working. The product is weak and engine keeps smelling when in use until it stopped. I didn’t even use it all the time.

This is an excellent buy. The larger than many jug means I can blend all the soup in one go. The grinder will be good for coffee beans or nuts.
