    First of all the delivery came in the wrong color that I selected and on first use the base of the kettle is leaking.

    Would not recommend.

    As I on;y use my kettle once a day fpr my morning coffee. when my old one stopped workinand g. Literally bought the cheapest one I could find and paid less that £20 for next day delivery. Arrived on time. nice simple and has a base so can lift off to pour which makes it easier for me. Very good value and quick service for the cost!

    I brought and it stopped working in 4 months and as I stay in Abu Dhabi and there workshop is in dubai and the warranty customer service people said they can’t pick or won’t pay the shipping charges you have to pay, very bad customer service and also bad product deliver from them, even if it’s under warranty they are just ignoring now they are not even picking up the call. It’s WESTIN INTERNATIONAL LLC who deals with Geepas. Very bad service.
    I think Amazon should ban them from selling any items when they can’t fulfill there warranty needs.
    Just a cautionary don’t buy if it’s sold from Geepas electronics always go ships and sold buy from Amazon

    Bought this kettle on the 1st march 2025 and where the kettle connector to the kettle base is it’s all burnt out and melted the plastic on the base very surprised that this hasn’t caused a fire , luckily I have seen where it’s been melting and now put it in the bin ,very high fire risk is this kettle , definitely needs the company to do quality inspections on these appliances as to me it’s a hazard waiting to happen ,should be ashamed being able to sell equipment like this

    Purchased this kettle on the 15th April 2025 it’s lasted a month and stopped working. I am 5 days out of the option to return the item . I am unable to contact the company by email I cannot see an email address on their website only an address to write to them . Would not by this make again and do not recommend to others that’s just my opinion

    I bought this as a travel kettle but found it slightly on the small side. But I replay like it and worth it . It’s simple and easy and quick to boil. I would recommend it to anyone
