Der Sauger ist sehr gut, aber leider kommt er mit Fransen nicht klar. Hat man ihn zusammen gebaut, so kann man ihn nicht mehr auseinander nehmen. Daher kann man auch nicht den gelieferten Karton benutzen. Der Verkäufer macht es einen damit sehr schwer!! Er schreibt auch ganz klar, man darf ihn ausprobieren( aber wenn er ausprobiert wurde will er ihn nicht zurücknehmen). Da ist noch Luft für einen Umgang mit Reklamationen drin.

Depuis environs 10 années nous utilisions le premier Air Ram modèle sans le moindre problème déjà très satisfaisant, particulièrement efficace quand il fallait aspirer les poîles de notre Labrador. Seule faiblesse, pas très satisfaisant pour ramasser des choses plus gros que la poussière. Le Mk 2 s’avère encore mieux! Durée de travail entre charges 4 heures, moins bruyant et beaucoup plus efficace. Les objets taille petit pois sans problème. Fourrure d’animaux disparaît encore plus vite, moins bruyant, aspire sans réglage aussi bien moquette et parquet. Gros amélioration pour le facilité et contenu des matières aspiré et du filtre. Il est difficile de trouver de quoi critiquer.

When we first got the G tech it felt a bit plasticky a bit too light but in use the anti hair wrap brush is so close to the bin much like a carpet sweeper the suction and pick up better the stick dyson V10 we have which is a useful comparison the dyson puts a lot of strain through your wrists a lot of the centre of gravity is up high next to your hand where the G tech all the weight is down on the floor so much more comfortable if you suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome or artheritis the pull back on the G tech is quite a bit of resistance but the pick up is 10/10 rarely do i have to go over an area more than once not something i would say about the dyson V10 also battery life on a new machine is excellent a 3 bed home can be hoovered properly and still have at least half a battery of power left in reserve the price intiatially seemed steep given the lightweight and simplicity of the hoover but features like the fragranced filter ease of cleaning foam filter and ease of emptying the bin shine through as a well thought out and designed hoover customer service in my experiance is excellent a replacement handle arrived next day after registration for warranty when some plastic swarf left in the handle stopped the two pieces connecting as they should the wheels appear a bit flimsy but i do like the lightweight and the way the carpets look after they have been hoovered on balance a very good value investment and the light i found very helpful given this is probably considered outdated its handy for hoovering under furniture etc so pratical addition

Purchased to replace a similar model, that has given (?)years of perfect performance. Purchased well before Covid. It’s still working perfectly, but it suffered accidental damage. The new one is even better.

This hoover is the BEST hoover I’ve ever owned. With its spinning head-brush it cleans carpets better than anything I’ve ever had. My Henry is good but it’s like pulling a small washing machine around the flat. Dyson again just lumpy. This Gtech K9 is nimble, powerful, easy to manouvre and easy to clean. In fact I’m amazed at how much it picks up. The light is nice too, at first you think it might be a gimmick but it’s actually very useful for seeing what you’re doing, especially at night. The only bit of exit advice I would give is that if you have Moroccan rugs with tassels at one end then there is an art to hoovering these which is hoover straight across them. If you don’t and the Gtech ends up ontop of them, then the tassels get caught in the spinning brush and the hoover will jam and switch off for 10 seconds – This is a safety mechanissm. Moving cleaning straight across them will avoid this. The other benefits to this machine are the air freshener capsules which last a good while and leave a pleasant scent. I have the K9 Hand held and that is brilliant too and is still going strong after 3 years. Gtech customer support is also brilliant and spare parts are easy to purchase. All in all a fantastic British product that’s easily serviceable and does an amazing job… And no they didn’t pay me to write this 🙂

I saw a G-tech 4 years ago but only just ordered one. My main reason for buying was the weight, and it is very light to carry, I have arthritis and back problems. Came well packaged, and was super easy to assemble. Putting to the test, yes, it’s very lightweight and manoeuvres extremely well, the suction is better than some corded hoovers, Picks up the dogs hairs no problem. Comes with an extra filter, and scent sticks (I’m not keen myself on the smell) so have taken it out. Everything is very easily accessible to lift out and remove dust. After a full charge which charger can be done out of hoover, I’ve hoovered 7 rooms one day and again after three days, a quick hoover of the hall and lounge today and it’s having its 2nd charge, suction very good, leaves nothing behind. All in all you can get round a house comfortably. I don’t have the stair attachment so can’t give a review on this. If you’re hesitating, don’t, get one, well worth the money and can definitely give a run for performance with more popular brands. 🫶🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You have to assemble it yourself and if you are not strong you may need a friend to help. It seems to me that its improvements have made it less easy to use – I found it much fiddlier than the last one. It cleans well and the power lasts a long time. Similar noise levels to the older version.

This is the best vacuum I have ever owned can not believe what it takes off my carpets . I have 3 dogs and vacuum daily . The first time I used this I thought my rug was clean and had vacuumed that day but two minutes with this and it needed emptying a massive amount of dog hair came up I was shocked . It holds battery very well I vacuum daily and charge it about once every 10 days . It’s very light with handle to just pick it up and take it upstairs . So easy to empty without even touching the dust straight into bin . Honestly my favourite purchase ever !

Having used g tech products for many years it was time to upgrade from my old air ram which has served me well for 10+ years and I opted for the new platinum this was a pleasant surprised to find it even better than the old one it is lighter but this hasn’t affected the powerful suction so easy to assemble and runs like a dream an added bonus is the anti wrap roller which does its job well all in all a great vacuum

I’m a loyal GTECH customer since 2015 and now living in Australia. Have just treated myself to new AirRam 2 and it was exported quite efficiently, but sadly it arrived with a British charging plug.
