I’m a bit of a hobby chef, I cook all manner of foods for fun, so I brought this as a useful tool to have especially at Christmas time, I’ve made multiple batches of shortbread, Christmas cakes, bau bun dough, pizza dough the only thing I’ve not done is whisking egg whites hard as Pavlova is a summer dish. I’m very happy with this mixer. Not a huge amount more I can say, its sturdy, good capacity and easy to use.

there’s a lot of high end cake mixers out there to be honest you don’t need to pay high end prices for them this one was under 90pound i think and my mum loves it
