1st of these toasters arrived, unpacked plugged in.. there was no power to the unit so it didn’t work. Sent back, replacement toaster was delivered. Again unpacked, plugged in and only two out of the four slots actually worked this time. A ridiculous absence of quality of control by Haden. Full refund issued by Amazon. I went on to buy a completely different toaster which works perfectly.

When it first arrived, I thought looked a bit cheap but I’m very happy with it. Performance no issues toast comes out perfect the only thing I would say if you use four slices turn down the temperature slight to what you’re doing on the two slice is very good good
