Excellent toaster and great value. Fast toasting with bread either thick or thin and crumpets. It has been used daily since purchase and so far very impressed. Takes bigger slices and really large cob shaped slices toast well if you turn round halfway , great way to get long toasted bread, looks impressive as bruschetta !

Done some research on this toaster before buying and it lives up to its highly justified top marks .
Able to fit large loaf warbeton slices in no problem .
Toasts evenly and toast comes out lovely , not brittle .
Looks great 2350 of power so not waiting ages for your toast to be ready .
Black/copper highlights really make this toaster stand out but in a good way.
Very happy took the time to get this one right , buy it you will be happy like me .

A real Batman –
Slow and Uneven toasting – even small slices do jot get toasted at the top without charring elsewhere. it is not that wide a slot and every crumpet or thick slice jams. Beware top gets red hot so needs great care trying to use the highlift function that is invariably very stiff or jammed unless thinest value sliced loaf.
the 2+2 slots with separate controls are very useful and help reduce wasted heating.
When it goes wrong which I have a feeling will be shortly after warranty expires I won’t be buying another……

Looks great in my kitchen and certainly so much better than the toaster (different brand), that I was given for my birthday last year and stopped working about 2 weeks after warranty expired. My fault as I had selected it. Lesson learnt!! I bought this based on the excellent reviews on this site and many other sites. Feels positive and sturdy when using
It looks great in my kitchen. I was concerned that the copper trim would be too much (nothing else in my kitchen is copper), but I needn’t have worried. It adds a touch of luxury. And to think that it nearly stopped me from ordering!! However, reviews all over the internet convinced me to go for it and I’m so glad I did
Very thick tea cakes are a bit of a squeeze but, if you keep an eye on them and use the high lift function, then everything is fine
I set the dial at about 3.5 and it really does give the perfect evenly browned toast. I thoroughly recommend. Probably one of the best toasters I have ever used, at a great price

This is a big toaster, but it has deep and wide slots so it can’t really be much smaller. Toasts evenly, which is pretty much what you want. One star off because the control buttons are a bit loose and flimsy, and the metal of the sides is very thin and easily deforms if you hold the sides to pick it up.
