Ordered and delivered and fitted in 3 days with the most polite delivery crew I have ever met. The removal of old and installation of new was seamless and the machine is fabulous. It looks great, is so much bigger and quieter than my old machine and the 1400 spin means things come out much drier if you don’t want to tumble them. It washes brilliantly and although I’ve only used a couple of programmes so far it’s done really well. Looks very sleek in the kitchen and the light up drum is a great feature. If I had to make any suggestions it would only be that I would like the door hinges to allow for the door to go further back when opening but that’s simply because the area in front of my machine is narrow and the door sticking out is a slight pain. Highly recommend for the money

This really is a quiet machine with hardly any motor noise even during the spin cycle, which is ideal for my open plan kitchen/living room. The machine automatically rinses its door seals to keep them clean, however there is usually a little clean water left on the seal (even after a drying cycle), so I just give it a quick dab dry with a tea towel before i pull my dried laundry out, but that is the only negative I can say about the machine, but this is well worth it for the assurance that it provides that no residues and mildew will not build up in the machine.
I purchased this as it was described as ultra-quiet and as I stated at the start of my review it does not disappoint. We needed a quiet washer/dryer as our dog barked at our old machine when it changed cycle and we have an open plan house following our recent re-model – This washer/dryer is quieter than our Kettle. I have only had a just over a week so I have not really had the opportunity to use many of the cycles yet but I can confirm that the quick 15 minute wash is excellent and the dryer dried our clothes at the first attempt, something my previous washer/dryer was not able to do.
In summary, I am happy with this washer dryer. There are plenty of washing options. The timings for the options are pre-set but you can easily change them. Another important factor is that the dryer is really good with three drying options. The auto weigh function and the fact that it can automatically adjust the timing just work so well. The machine is so very quiet! It also looks great. Absolutely no negatives, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The best washer/dryer I have ever owned!

See pictures for the crack the body structure had when we opened it. This type of damage should come with a discount that we expect to receive but don’t know how to report it in writing. We have been trying out this machine in the meantime. Just done washing cycles so far and we are happy with the flexibility of changing programmes to our need and the quality of wash we are getting. Haven’t tried the dryer function yet.

Great for a big family with its huge load capacity. Very quiet even when it spins extremely quick. I’ve had washer dryers before and they always seem to take ages and have a weird smell when they dry. This does not have any smells. Still takes longer than separate washer and dryers but is absolutely fine. Great buy! Broke after a year!

Edit: I still love the machine! But the Hoover/Haier engineers are about as useful as a chocolate teacup and their customer service isn’t much better.
I spent a lot of time looking at reviews, and I have to be honest, all the negative points are written by people clearly over filling their machines.
You have to remember that the wash weight is different to the dry weight, so yes, if you fill the drum to the brim and still expect it to dry you’re going to be waiting a very long time, as well as damaging your machine.
As I learnt from my previous washer dryer – never select “wash and dry” because things never come out dry. I always select a wash cycle and program a dry to start straight after. The cycle is considerably quicker than my previous machine despite having a larger capacity. I can do a full wash and dry in 4 hours, my last machine took 5 and a half!
I love the touch screen, makes the machine feel so high tech! And the light inside the drum; of all the unnecessary features I never knew I wanted, this is it.
Yes, this really is as quiet as it claims! My last machine was so loud and violent that I caught it trying to run a marathon in my kitchen on several occasions and there was no way I could put a last minute load in at night ready for the morning without it waking people. I barely hear this washer dryer. I don’t need to close the kitchen door anymore just to hear what I’m thinking in a different room.
The settings in my opinion are very straight forward. I double checked the instructions just to be sure but everything was self explanatory.
I’ve had this less than a week and so far it has been a god send! And it comes with a 2 year warranty so even if something does go wrong Haier will cover it.
So far, I highly recommend this.

Excellent, easy to use and looks lovely. There was no photo when I bought this washer but the same washer at the price I paid (£427) at Ebay had 2 dents on the front of the machine, I thought I’d take my chances with Amazon as they have good customer services and I would have sent it back if it was too bad. Anyway it had a couple of light scuffs and small scratches on 1 side, you don’t see any damage when it’s slotted in under the bench though and it works perfectly. I am so glad I took the chance, thanks for the bargain amazon!!
