Rather disappointing. Cheap to buy and looks good with plenty of features, and it washes well – sadly the tumble dry, (important for us), on our machine was pretty useless. It never once got stuff dry, even small loads, and even after re-tumbling 2/3 times. We returned it for a full refund

Only tried It Once, before it was returned the next day. My partner took a dislike to it because of the slightly loud sound it made before spinning. It irritated her hearing due to tinnitus. Otherwise it performed well as far as I was concerned. It ‘s pretty quiet. We have since tried others which have been much louder and even more irritating, so we are considering the Hairer again! Oh, life can be tough when you only pay the bills.

I’ve had this machine for nearly a month now and have used it daily so this review is based on regular use.
The headline is as a mum of four boys with a lot of laundry I DO NOT recommend this as a purchase.
I have a few real areas of concern with this machine, but the good stuff first though. 1. It looks nice (although behind a fitted cupboard door that is largely irrelevant) 2. It’s got a 1600 spin (but you can only use it on the cotton wash which is super long) 3. It cleans my clothes (I mean I’d be pretty annoyed if it failed the one task I bought it for, but to be fair to it, I haven’t ever taken anything out and thought “hmmm that needs another go through”
Now onto the concerns: 1. It is not standard fitting and we had to have our kitchen cupboard door re-drilled for the fixings, on top of which the fixings make it challenging to close the door fully flush as they make the door sit out a long way from the machine, not ideal but a close friend is a kitchen fitter so this didn’t cost us anything. 2. It moves a LOT and is very loud on the spin, we’ve had to wedge things between the top of the machine and work top to keep the noise down. 3. It says in the description you can access the load part way through if you have missed an item, this happens all the time in our house (bloody kids) and you definitely cannot do this with this machine. 4. The advertised 10 year warranty is 100% a miss-sell. I have just rung to register it and the man on the phone said “it’s just a two year warranty they are giving you, after two years it’s £160 fixed cost for any repair as you have to pay the labour and this is the same whether you have the 10 year warranty or not.” When I pointed out that this was misleading he actually replied and said “but it made you buy the machine though didn’t it”. To which of course I again responded and said “but yes, under false pretence and that feels wrong” and he said “well if they gave extra warranty to everyone they would never make any more”…. I was actually dumbfounded that a representative for the organisation would say such things! 4. It’s a small thing but when you remove a load and put a new one in, you can’t just press the start button for the same cycle to start again, you have to move the knob to a different cycle and back again for the start button to work… odd. 5. The way the door is fixed, means that even open fully you struggle to access the detergent compartment. I have to push our door back against the hinges to be able to open the drawer fully. 6. From the very first wash the detergent drawer didn’t empty of water fully in the softener section.
This wasn’t a cheap machine at nearly £500, I expected better quality all round. I assumed that this was an up and coming brand and I would be really pleased with it. Definitely not and I do not recommend it.

The most fabulous washing machine, delivered on a Sunday morning as arranged with no fuss…. washes like a dream, quickest wash 14 minutes, easily changeable spin speeds and heat settings on every wash…very long washes & eco washes also available with up to 1600 spin and 9kg wash load. All very almost silent. I just love this washing machine!

Purchased this in May. By July it had leaked from the hose and ruined a kitchen. New kitchen installed in November. Since then it has leaked twice from the door causing damage to a second kitchen.
