Lovely toaster smart with clean lines Good toasting options but as with many toasters still a bit uneven each side and quite slow but not an issue if you arent in a hurry Great for crumpets and bagels to do one side but no croissant warming rack

I have bought 3 toasters in the past and none have toasted that great really, very uneven toasting, so
I bought this one and so far it is just great, even browning and the bagel one side toasting is good. well worth the money so far.

Despite online (not here) reviews saying it toasted evenly it rarely does, no matter the bread type. It also has no defrost function.

I bought the kettle and toaster together. The kettle is lovely. I don’t have an issue with it not having a water window, to me it’s better as no scale can get in on it. Large lid so easy cleaning. I had read a comment on another review page, saying the constant beeping was annoying, you can turn it off by holding to keep warm function button for about 5 seconds. It’s also very quiet.
The toaster seems very deep and does have a dust cover, but only put it on once it’s cooled down. My only issue is, the body of it is different from the kettle. I’ve ordered another one to see if that’s the same. I haven’t tried to the toaster yet as if the new one is exactly the same as the kettle I’ll keep that one. But it is quite noticeable. But the kettle is amazing. I have added two photos so you can see the difference.

Excellent toaster that fits even large slices easily the only problem with it is the price. I got this 1/2 price on sale but even at that price it still seems overpriced. Nonetheless it’s a great toaster.

Lovely looking kettle but the lid pops off when pouring boiling water, almost scalded myself when pouring into a pan which was on the gas hob, the lid fell into the pan of boiling rice and water splashed everywhere over the hob and my hand!! Haier customer services are no help at all, being sent from pillar to post. Do not buy this kettle it’s Dangerous!!!!

Value for money – not great. Didnt even last a year!
The operating panel is such poor design. Honestly it makes you wonder if they had these toasters independently tested and got feedback. How this slipped thru the net, when it comes to the buttons. You cant even see what they are in reasonable light – the buttons do not light up and the faint print on them describing what they’re for – can be seen, but only if you own a magnifying glass.
The lever to pull the bread down to begin cooking, stopped working, just 10 months in! It wont stay down.
For a brand that spent probably +100K in marketing at Sports Events eg. Grand Slam Tennis, this is not a brand I would go with again.
The fact that it didnt last even 12 months sums it up for me, that NOTHING seems to last long any more – and what does last usually only does so shortly after the warranty expires.
