Had a red Henry for years, workhorse supreme. Sadly he bit the dust, my fault not workmanship. Worried the smaller, lighter version without power boost wouldn’t be up to the job – no need, good as hoped. Will just say plastic, handle in particular, is less rigid, don’t think will wear as well. Also cable reel sticks sometimes, which other never did again suspect materials compromised for the current hype of saving the planet.

The hetty arrived on time and in good condition. I ordered the smaller one as I live in a 1 bedroom flat. Also I thought it would be lighter. Luckily I was right and it is ideal for my small living space. The suction is good and it is easy to change the various ends that were included. Good value for money.

I have always used a Henry vacuum. For some silly reason I allowed myself to be persuaded to buy another well known brand. Big mistake. I gave it away to a friend and went straight back to a Henry. Easy to use, simple changing of bag without getting dust everywhere. I have a cat and the Henry is wonderful for picking it up, easy switch between hard floor and carpet. Great value for money.
