So we got this to fill a space, not necessarily that we absolutely needed it. Price was ok, but based on performance, I can’t imagine cheaper ones can’t do the same thing.
It’s as expected in terms of the inside, no comment, the programming panel works well, nice and easy to cycle through options. My only concern is I’ve used a couple of different programs now and have yet to have 100% dry pots, not one piece has actually been dry once opened. It’s not the end of the world, but I used the longer cycle and expected at least that the pots were dry! I’ve read the manual and troubleshooting, potentially the way it’s been loaded but I’ve been careful and strategic and still doesn’t dry. Again, not the end of the world but a bit disappointing.

So I keep seeing F11 code mentioned in comments, mine had the same issue, please see images of how to fix .. remove the filters (image 2) remove the yellow impeller cover (image 3) turn the impeller with your finger a few times.
Overall this machine has been good, installation was a bit ropey, it comes with cold water inlet pipe so don’t bother doing what I done and purchase separately, I paid for installation and removal of old appliance too but the men were like dumb and dumber, they refused to remove the pieces of foam inside and said it was health and safety, didn’t level it, didn’t show me it working, in the end I told them to leave my home, as a disabled person this was important to me but I struggled on and done it myself, fits quite a big load although larger dinner plates will stop the water sprayer spinning, I will update review if there is any change but for now, worth the money. 4 stars because it threw a code after 2 washes, literally nothing stuck in there, just stopped draining but easy to fix!

Delivery was as promised, removal and install only took about 10 to 15 minutes. product looks fine and feels solid and has a much better door handle thank the one replaced. Plenty of wash options to choose from. Not particularly noisy. First impressions are it is a smart looking machine and that it looks like it does what I need.

Initially was happy with the price for the brand as thought Hisense was high end. The amount of packaging was excessive. The plumbing is to the right of the machine where our old one was to the left so we had to buy additional pipework to be able to plumb it in. Its very quiet and switched off when the cycle finishes so we often forget it needs to be emptied. The door catches to one side so we have to be careful when closing the door. The racking inside is different to our previous machine and we have found that we have to be careful where we place certain items as its a bit tight and we have ended up with a couple of chipped cups (both chipped in the same place and one chipped as it was lifted out so we know the dishwasher is responsible) the dry function doesnt really make any difference and things still come out dripping. There is no angle on the racks in the top of the machine so excessive water pools on top of items placed there. At the end of the day it was a reasonable price and it washes the dishes so we will persevere with it.

Received my dishwasher today easily installed and now working. On the whole it’s an ok machine bit flimsy but lots of room and well set out very quiet on a test run so we will see how it goes based on reviews I purchased this one.

as a begining i thought this was an atractive and good product by lookin at the description and pictures. Hoever, i ssues started since the machine arrived, it had a water leak underneath every 3 to 4 washing and gave f54 error that water acco
umulated to the base of the machine and needed to be ebpitied by pulling the mashine aout and tilting sideways. after ment month emailing they still blamed theat my drainage outlet was faulty and and needed to n=be changed. i did what evey they advised it still didny resolved the issue. finally only last representative advised to put the drai nhose directly to the kithen sink. and after couple of run it gave the error. after a hole year venture they send a repair man. it only took 10 mins for repair man to write the machine off because he said then it is a common issue with this models and also it ic quite difficult the fully fix it. luckly i was able to send the machine back to amazon. secondly i thing it has a weak internal pump to that it doesnt spray the water well so the dishes did most of the time came dirty. we only had the use 3.5 hr cyle to get good result. the short cycles are useless. finaly i have an other brand and it works perfect. also eventhough the repairman write the machine off they sent me email that they are in the process of reviewing my case and i needed to provide furher information like purchase date, proof of purchase etc. although they have all this information thay seem to make process difficult.. i am so lucky that i returned to amazon..

It really is very surprising how much will fit inside this dishwasher. The top separate cutlery tray makes a huge difference and avoids a basket taking up valuable space. Have used it on universal and eco cycles. Both give excellent cleaning. The machine is very quiet, simple to install, if you have basic knowledge, and a standard length waste pipe. If siting other than next to sink or other drainage , an extension maybe needed.
Program length is acceptable, although the economy one, at just less than 4 hours seems a little long. I prefer the universal setting, gives excellent results on plates, cutlery and normally soiled pans in the same wash.
We find it ideal for us, being just the two of us, and would probably only have to run 3 or 4 cycles per week.
Removal of filter can be a little tricky, but with a few times doing it, no problem.
