    I should probably start by saying that my requirements for a new washer/dryer were pretty basic. I wanted something which would wash, and dry, so a massive array of programs/cycles wasn’t something I needed (I’m a single guy in his early 50’s – my needs are simple). I should also add that so far I’ve only used a couple of the wash programs and am unlikely to need to venture far away from the standard eco wash, basic dry cycle, and the quick 15 min wash.

    What I do like so far is that it’s very quiet, and if you just want to do a regular wash a quick turn of the dial and push of a button gets you going and you can barely hear this unit at spin cycle. Dry cycle (for as much as I’ve used it) seems to work well (a couple of dryer balls helped reduce the amount of creasing).

    Worth mentioning that this unit only has a cold inlet, so if you are getting it installed and your old unit is cold and hot, make sure you can isolate the hot or cap it off first. It’s slightly smaller than the unit it replaced so fits nicely under the worktop. Aesthetically, it’s a simple and clean looking thing – very inoffensive.

    Time will tell if it lasts the 20 years my last one did, but as a budget option this is very good value if it manages half of that !

    My daughter got this as a pre-owned / return? So she got this at a great price. She is a renter and my have to leave this behind if she has to move in a hurry so price was important. Also the actual performance and capacity for wash loads and drying loads is impressive. i used it daily in her flat as you know how teenagers have a tonne of clothes and are not usually into boring stuff like clothes mainenance, so I got very busy during my 12 day stay and used it daily on a “quick wash” then did the dry cycle which is mainly 3 hours. I thought it was long. In the north of UK, I’d recommend a washer dryer like this, great price even if buying from brand new. If you have not garden or line, then this is brilliant. We used quick wash with liquid bottle detergent, however at home I use eco eggs that are just as good and way cheaper. It is effective and quiet and looks ultra smart.

    Teníamos que cambiar la lavadora y mirando vimos esta que también es secadora pero su precio es similar al de otras lavadoras que estábamos mirando y decidimos probar porque a veces en invierno es imposible que se seque la ropa.
    Se instala igual que una lavadora convencional.
    El secado tarda tres horas pero la ropa sale completamente seca, eso sí, no sé como vendrá el recibo de luz de este mes, la clasificación energética es A para lavadora y D para secadora.
    En cualquier caso el secado es una opción más y lo que es lavar lava bien y tiene buena capacidad.

    Finally, a great washer/dryer, Easy to use, screen and options all worked well and as expected, good manual, quiet, all washes have been very good and it looks great,

    We fitted the optional additional noise reduction bottom cover, but had to lay it on it’s side to do so (a 2 person job)

    After having it a week:

    The good:
    – it’s really quiet. Even when spinning full pelt.
    – looks good
    – it has a 15 min quick wash cycle

    The bad:
    – it takes ages to dry anything. A dry and wash cycle is literally 10hours and 30min.
    – It doesn’t have a lint tray. This means after a few washes you’ll notice your clothes look like you’ve left a box of tissues in the wash. I’m not even kidding unfortunately.
    – it feels very cheap
    – the people installing it are subcontracted to Amazon. This means when they mess up your install, which they will, Amazon take no responsibility. They dont seem to have undergone any training.
    – The installers for mine, snapped the bolt which connects the sink plug. There was literally no need for them to even take this off as it’s only the waste pipe and cold water supply that needed removed. This meant that my kitchen sink now couldn’t be used and the “technicians” couldn’t test my machine. It’s currently leaking and Amazon customer service have “washed” (pun intended) their hands of it. I’ve had to pull it all out and do it myself. Amazon are normally excellent but I will never use them to install anything again.
    – I’ve chosen to return it. I bought it thinking it would save time and be more convenient. It’s genuinely rubbish. Choose something else.

    Buena lavadora secadora, tiene muchas opciones tanto de lavado como de secado.

    Con respecto a la funcion secadora es mejor que lo que lei en varios comentarios; Es suficiente con el programa de 3 horas de secado y aunque sale un poquitin humeda al tenderla unos 30 minutos aunque no sea al sol ya termina de perder esa poca humedad sobrante.

    Con respecto al lavado; es suficiente para cualquier tipo de prenda el programa de 55minutos denominado programa lana.

    El programa de lavado rapido de 15 minutos es suficiente para lavar ropa que no tenga manchas, siempre que pongas poca ropa como por ejemplo 5 camisetas o 4 camisetas + varios pares de calcetines. Buena compra en general a ese precio inmejorable.

    Ademas, queria señalar que pague el servicio de preinstalacion y que fueron muy amables; incluso vinieron una segunda vez pues les dije que haboa vibraciones inusuales en el centrifugado, vinieron y volvieron a ajustar las patas bien y mucho mejor, por lo que recomiendo tambien pagar esos Euros de mas y asi quedaras tranquilo de que todo esta correcto.

    Una cosa mas; si dudas entre comprar esta de 8kg u la otra de la misma marca que es de unos 10kg; no dudes en escoger la mas grande ya que la de 8kg es algo mas pequeña de lo habitual en una que soporte ese mismo peso ( una cosa es el peso q soporta y otra el espacio dentro del tambor).

    Hisense WDQA1014EVJM é proprio una bella Lavasciuga, che con i suoi 10 kg riesce ad inglobare anche un piumone di media grandezza.
    Silenziosa, tanto è vero che non pensavo fosse accesa in centrifuga.
    Ha dei piedi che si incollano alle piastrelle perciò non si muove da dove la mettete.
    Manuale scarno e forse tropo tecnico in alcuni casi, quando il pannello frontale dice già tutto grazie alla sua generosa manopola centrale il suo bel display laterale e i pulsanti per le varie opzioni.
    Infatti se si scegli un lavaggio o l’asciugatura basta premere su opzioni per modificare il lavaggio in temperatura a scelta o la durata dell’asciugatura molto comodo.
    Unico NEO è proprio l’asciugatura che pur avendo la lavasciuga un cestello da ben 10 kg può asciugare solo 6 kg di roba e dalle mie esperienze solo in modalità 3 h.
    Normalmente a causa del lavoro la imposto a lavaggi brevi di 15 min per poi asciugare la roba 1.30 h e devo dire che la roba esce soffice, profumata e mai sgualcita!!!
    L’unica accortezza è quella di ripulire la gomma dell’oblo dove si depositano fibre, basta farlo con un panno umido.
    Ho tardato nella recensione perchè volevo testarla per bene e in questo periodo di pioggia e freddo è bellissimo lavarsi il plaid toglierlo dall’asciugatrice e metterselo sopra bello caldo e profumato! per gustarsi un film.
    La consiglio vivamente è una lavasciuga davvero bella grande esteticamente piacevole e fa con cura quanto detto!

    So, I bought this machine with my own hard earned money. (No freebies or product review gift).
    Our previous washer dryer was a Beko which had unfortunately came to the end of it’s life cycle.
    After a bit of research and studying some reviews I decided to give this a try.
    We have a Hi-Sense fridge freezer which has served us well.
    I can’t fault this machine one single bit.
    It has loads of features which cost double in some of the “bigger brands”.
    The Inverter Motor is astonishingly quiet.
    The washing cycle is brilliant.
    My drum size 8kg/5kg is more than ample.
    The drum cleaning option is very very handy.
    The clothes have been coming out of the dryer bone dry, this is something I NEVER had with the Beko.
    Only been using it for 2 weeks, but honestly can’t complain.
    Bought it from Amazon as i needed a new machine just before Christmas and Amazon gave me the option of having it fitted and the old machine taken away quicker than any other supplier.
    I have been very pleased with the whole experience of buying the machine from Amazon.
    Would I recommend this machine…..YES, in a heart beat.
    The value for money is unbelievable.

    Then stopped drying. Took nearly two weeks to get an engineer out. Who said he needed another part. It’s been another two weeks and now another engineer is coming next week (the engineer company can’t give a time and don’t do weekends). The machine has lots of features but drying isn’t currently one of them. Also had to finish installing it myself. So not happy.
    UPDATE. So it’s finally fixed. Washes, dries, so happier. So back up to three stars. Will update again later on how the story unfolds.
