These are a superb wireless headset. The clarity is excellent with a good volume range. They are light and comfortable to wear. The battery hasn’t run out on us so far and the base charger is efficient and effective. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this headset to anyone – and this is the third one we’ve had, but different makes, and this one is a winner!

Purchased these to replace my Sony headphones (7 years old). Although I use hearing aids I’m fussy about sound. These are very good quality and great value for money. Requested an optical splitter and received it next day. You do have to purchase a wall charger which would be handy to know prior but I had a usb C port on my TV that I could use instead ( mine only charge while TV is on but not whilst on standby). They charge very quickly and are comfortable to wear. Setup was ridiculously easy even for technophobe. Basically plug in and go, no waiting 24 hours for battery to charge!

I bought these for my mum who prefers headphones to listen to the TV. They worked straight out of the box. All the necessary cables were there. I used the optical connection and the sound is crisp.
Mum found the volume control buttons on the side of the headphones a bit fiddly at first but the controls do work well and allow volume control independent of the TV.
A couple of minor points stand in the way of 5 stars:
1) Power is from USB and there is a cable but no power supply in the box. In most cases there will be a USB port on your set top box or TV so this shouldn’t be an issue.
2) There is a very small (but audible) delay on the headphone sound compared to the TV speakers – we are talking < 1/10 second. So if the TV is on loud and there is outside sound bleeding into the headphones there is a distracting 'echo'. This is a really minor point and most times Mum is watching on her own with the TV speakers turned right down. The pictures and headphone sound are still well synced.

Used with optical cable. Instructions on use a bit flaky. Charging station is good but connection to charger relatively easy to get wrong or dislodged. Nice product though.
