we purchased this sofa in December 2023. only after using for few months a sink started in the sofa cushions.
two of the seats sink down really bad with usage of next two months. i had alot happening in life so i couldn’t contact Amazon for replacement of the product.
after 11 months when i contacted my request for return or replacement or repair was declined. i wasted so much time calling Amzaon and sending messages to the seller but they wont listen. Seller refused and Amazon declined my A to Z guarantee claim.
No one changes furniture after 6 months, Furniture are suppose to last longer at least 2 years. and seller gave just 6 months warranty. this is just abuse from seller and unfortunately for the 1st time amazon has been really disappointing in protecting my customer rights. i have files 2nd appeal to the claim. i dont know yet what will be the outcome but nutshell dont buy this product. Cheap and bad quality sofa.

It’s a shame that both have the same color name (“gray”), but they don’t match (they’re nothing alike, tbh).

This has been a great purchase saw same product in Ikea for double the price. Took 20 minutes to put together comfortable, pull out section & storage section both work great solid build & looks great.

We got this sofa because we have a very narrow door to our living room (60cm) so needed a flat pack sofa. This sofa is “ok” — it looks good and has a lot of functionality but it isn’t very comfortable at all. It’s pretty firm to sit on for long periods of time.
