Helps cool down a really hot bedroom. I turn it off before going to sleep as it’s a bit too noisy to sleep when it’s running. Helps me get a few hours sleep. Perfect for hot sleepers. Exhaust hose would be better if it was a little longer. Venting kit isn’t really suitable for most UK style windows. Overall, I’m really pleased with it.
