I moved to this tablet from a Galaxy Tab A8 which I was getting a bit fed up with.
What a pleasant move it’s been. It’s slightly bigger than the A8, the screen is bright and vivid, the face unlock is very welcome at this budget price point (and works quite well- mostly).
Interestingly, there is no 3.5mm headphone jack, but given that there is no lag on watching the streaming services, YouTube etc, this is no longer an issue for me. I used to have awful sync issues with people talking in shows/ movies/ videos with the Tab A8 when watching using wireless headphones, but this isn’t an issue with the X9 (and it’s the same headphones I’m using)
Speaking of lag, there was always a noticeable lag with the A8 when using the tablet again for the first time in a few hours. Nothing like that with the X9- again a minor niggle but it starts to grate after a while.
Moving the UI around feels snappy, no delays, and I’m overall very impressed with the lack of bloatware and unnecessary junk. I did uninstall some apps that came preinstalled (eg. Facebook and similar) but they weren’t any hassle to get rid off.
I’d recommend this tablet to anyone wanting something cheap and very cheerful.

What a great piece of kit this really is. Screen quality is brilliant, perfect for video streaming (it’s primary use) and app browsing (Amazon, eBay, Auto trader etc…) Initial setup was a breeze, simply connected my Android phone over USB and it transferred my account and apps, so was up and running very quickly out of the box.
The camera is nothing to write home about however, it could be better but then it’s not something I’d use except for very occasional video calls. You’d not produce a feature film using it anyway. It’s physically quite big to hold, but I mainly use it for video streaming and bought a compatible case for it which acts as a desktop stand. Battery life seems decent, about 20% consumption on a 2 hour Netflix film for example. WiFi connectivity is great and the sound quality is excellent too. Good job Honor, I might just consider your other tech in the future.

Das Bild und Helligkeit sind top, auch die Größe ist m.E. super. Vor allem aber die Akkuleistung ist der Hammer, da muss man sich keine Sorgen machen, ob das Teil den Abend durchhält. Bei 3 Sets und voller Displaybeleuchtung habe ich bisher weniger als 10% Akku verbraucht.
Ich habe auch gehört, dass es für Livemixing (z.B. mit der Soundcraft App) auch absolut zuverlässig ist.

Ho preso questo tablet HONOR Pad X9 per un uso quotidiano (navigare, guardare video, leggere, un po’ di social) e devo dire che mi ha sorpreso in positivo. Il display da 11,5’’ è grande, luminoso e con una fluidità ottima grazie ai 120Hz: perfetto per vedere film e serie. La protezione occhi è un bel plus, soprattutto se lo si usa a lungo.
L’audio è davvero uno dei punti forti: i 6 altoparlanti offrono un suono potente e coinvolgente, molto meglio rispetto a tanti tablet della stessa fascia di prezzo. Il design è sottile, elegante e il corpo in metallo lo rende anche piacevole da tenere in mano.
Ora… veniamo ai “ma”:
• La RAM da 4GB si sente un po’ stretta se apri molte app o fai multitasking spinto. Nulla di drammatico, ma non aspettatevi prestazioni da top di gamma.
• Niente 4G/5G, solo Wi-Fi (lo sapevo già, ma lo sottolineo).
• Le fotocamere sono basiche: vanno bene per videochiamate, ma non aspettarti scatti da urlo.
• Non ha il supporto alla penna o tastiere ufficiali, quindi è più un tablet da consumo che da produttività.
Detto questo, per il prezzo a cui viene venduto, è un ottimo compromesso: fluido, bello da vedere, comodo da usare. Ideale per chi cerca un tablet per l’intrattenimento e la vita quotidiana senza spendere una fortuna. Per me un ottima scelta, a questo prezzo poi!

Me ha encantado esta tablet, lleva todo lo necesario para disfrutar tanto de las aplicaciones, como de su pantalla y sonido que son lo más top de estos momentos, dentro de la gama media. El precio es muy importante y creo que dan más, por menos. Así que esta es una buena tablet.

The acer hub ODK390 works with this tablet. The acer Ethernet adaptor ODK440 works with this tablet. i can turn off the wireless and use the ethernet cable with the ODK440 and ODK390 fine. It has useful daily automatic on off times to save battery.
i did not find how to stop the screen switching off too quickly yet. The ugreen adaptor 60515 does not work with this tablet.

This tablet is really superb. I cannot find anything to complain about.
I find it a little large to handle but I have small hands and this is a magnificent 11.5 inch screen.
I was worried about the screen not being sharp enough as there are higher ppi like retina display etc. But the difference is hardly noticeable as the screen is very bright and superb quality.
The sound is great though not as incredible as many reviews stated.
I don’t think it takes a memory card but I have had no need for one at all.
It works super efficiently and very high quality, the sound is great though I cannot find if there is a graphic equaliser, though it hardly needs it.
A SUPERB ANDROID TABLET.
