I was hoping this would be a good replacement for my premium handheld which is getting quite old and now constantly cuts out during use.
The H-Free 700 Handheld looked like the perfect replacement. It arrived quickly and was well packed. It was fairly easy to assemble but it feels rather flimsy and the instructions in general are not very comprehensive.
The main body does not always clip on safely straight away and does not hold well unless it is pushed in with some force.
The tube attachment only slides not clips in and comes loose during use. The dust container is really small in comparison to my old handheld.
The suction also is not very good and the battery charge is short lived.
I also found it of not much use in the car as it hardly sucks up anything and the battery goes flat quickly.
I don’t like that the air blows out strongly of the right and left air vents whilst using it close up. It strongly blows in your face and also moves dust and particles in other areas.
The dusting brush attachment is tiny and it would take forever to dust a surface with it. The attachment has to be taken off to sit the vacuum on the charger. It also does not always click into the charger on the first attempt.
It possibly would be useful for a small household and occasional cleaning bit of dust and maybe crumbs out of kitchen drawers or corners.
Unfortunately so far I am not impressed and it is no comparison to my previous hand held. I feel it is rather overpriced for its limited use.

Sadly I bought this for my Mum in Oct 2023 and for the last few months it’s failed to charge properly and dies within a few minutes of use. Really not what I would expect and so disappointed. Great size and weight but sadly not up to the job.

Edit 2- (05.05.24) I was looking for the model number to replace the nozzle & thought i would update my reviw. Apart from the nozzle wearing away this handheld hoover is still surviving everyday use with no issues. The battery is still the original which I still dont have any issues with. Considering I paid under £20 for this on a warehouse deal in 2021 i think Ive had good value for money 🙂
Edit- (25.08.23) I’m now coming upto the 2nd year owning this, never once had a problem with it. Battery life isn’t amazing but does me fine 🙂
I got this in a warehouse deal for a lot less than it normally is. If I had paid £100 I probably would have returned it as it’s definitely not worth that but the price I paid I’m more than happy with the product.
The suction is fine for what I require it for, the battery life could be better but I think all handheld hoovers offer the same kind of battery life. I have had this for 4 weeks now and have used it daily since getting it and there’s no sign of it cutting out. Would definitely recommend but not with the £100 price tag:” 🙂

Very pleased with my new handy little vac. So easy to use, lightweight and compact. It does have a short battery life but I’ve found it lasts long enough to do little rooms, the stairs and spot cleaning. It is surprisingly powerful for its size. I got the Pets version of this vac not because I have pets but because I have long curly hair and believe me it gets everywhere. The little powered brush attachment works well and gets my hair off my rugs and door mats well. Only negative is the attachment is quite small so fills up with my hair quite quickly but the little cleaning brush that comes with it does a good job of removing it. I have a mix of hard floors/laminate and carpets and it works well on all of these. I like the LED light that lets you see the area you are working on well (especially if your eyes are going a bit). Life is so busy at the moment that I don’t seem to have the time to do a top to bottom house clean but this is just right for me to do quick cleaning boosts and is even good for dusting away the cobwebs as I can just reach my ceiling with it and it is very light and easy to use. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and it has made my life a lot easier.

I’ve now had to return 2 of these. The first one arrived and I could not assemble it. The dust collection bin would not connect to the main part of the unit, no matter how much I tried it wouldn’t click into place. I returned that one for a replacement.
The second one worked well and I was impressed with the power and ease of use. The battery ran out and I placed it on the base unit to recharge. The blue light on the unit flashed continuously. I wasn’t too concerned, as other reviewers had written that theirs did that but it still took a charge, but when I went to use it again it hadn’t charged at all and wouldn’t work.
I’ve now returned the second one for a refund. Hoover are obviously sending these out with faulty batteries and need to make some changes.

I would not recommend it, did not work, not powerful enough, too flimsy. A definite no no.

This Handy hoover is very lightweight and very versatile and powerful. As a childminder my home is very busy and I need to clear up very quick. This make my life very easy as it come with 3 in 1 tools which comprises a dusting brush for my hard surface, crevice tool and furniture nozzle which was fantastic getting into my sofa. The best bit was LED cleaning light which helped me to clean those hard to reach area. The bagless dustbin was easy to empty it was just effortless. My only disappointment of the hoover that it only last for 12 minutes, but in those 12 minutes you get amazing suction and power.

This broke after 1 month and I am in the process of getting a refund from Amazon. Did not live up to expectation at all. Was good enough to use for a quick hoover around, but obviously it takes a long time to charger. Suction power was decent enough.
Hoover customer service was quick and responsive so cannot fault them on that, but the battery is just not good. After a month’s use, it now works for 3 seconds and then automatically switches off on full charge.
