Seems good so far. Perfectly adequate, good value.
Just one minor criticism. Transit screws need to be removed. Fair enough, but plastic spacers fall inside machine. If you are lucky they’ll fall all the way through, otherwise you’ve tip up machine and fish them from the metal work. Then you have to fit a cover to the bottom of the machine (obviously not factory fitted because of spacer problem). Surely, they could come up with some transit screws/spacers that can be removed from rear. Then machine can be supplied with bottom cover ready fitted.

INITIAL REVIEW. Seems like a nice machine, easy to operate. Only arrived today, but all up and running. Drum seems much bigger than our old kg machine. Delivery men were really good and carried to our kitchen for us. 😊
Only downside – the pipes are very short. If the drain pipe had been on the RH side, we’d of been ok, but it was on the LH side so wouldn’t reach. Thought it was going to be a simple job of unplugging the old one and plugging in a new one. Instead we’ve had to swap over our dishwasher to make it work. 😒Otherwise we’d of had to go buy an extension kit. We’ve used the old water feed pipe, but again the one it comes with is pretty short and would not have reached.
So all in all not an easy installation.
Also don’t pay to take your old machine away. There are plenty of scrap metal firms out there who will take the old one for free!
I also paid Amazon for 5 years warranty, but it comes with a 9 year parts guarantee (you have to pay their engineers to fix it though, so probably worth paying the Amazon extra for peace of mind) 😉

Machine died after first full spin. We were not aware of transit bolts. Nothing on packaging to warn us. Should be a big sticker on the back. Not covered by warranty. Gutted. Can’t believe we’re the only ppl to make this mistake. Having taken out the old machine, thought it was simple to install the new one. It’s one of those things where lack of knowledge can be expensive. Wanted to put on here to warn others, who like us were unaware of these bolts.
We’ve always bought second hand, so our first time of buying from new, and it’s lasted 1 wash ! 😒

After not having a working washing machine for over 1 week I am delighted with this. It’s quiet enough, washing clothes great and simple to use. Also love the fact you can lock the buttons after setting a washing because I have 2 toddlers who LOVE to push buttons. I also paid the extra £30 for the delivery men to deinstall and remove my old machine and unpack and install my new one. Honestly can’t rate them highly enough. They were professional, quick and really tidy. They were even trying to pick up tiny bits of polystyrene that had came from the new machines packing. Such great value for money adding that service on. Even though my old machine was 7kg and this new one is 9kg the overall machine is thinner in size and fits into the space for my machine better. Also love the fact you can change the spin speed and temperature easily. The buttons are quite sensitive as they are touch screen which suits me great! Highly recommend the machine and the service provided by Amazon!

Love the washing machine, just the right size, first I must say the first one that came had quite a few dents, it put me off, thinking it was dropped, but I did have a great speedy helpful response from Amazon, they really did well, they took the one with dents away and the next 2 days we had a replacement, it was a brilliant service. Now the washing machine working fine as far as I know, we came across an issue with large bath towels, there was 3 large bath towels in the washer and it made a loud knocking noise, I took the other 2 out and it was working fine, got to say knowing they were wet they weighed quite a bit, so hopefully someone can help me on this… is this why it was making a noise due to the weight? It is a 10kg myself I would of thought it might of been ok with 3 large bath towels. If anyone had this experience please reply back, really appreciate it.
