For only £420 it is a steal! Delivery man even wheeled it all the way to my kitchen, even though I bought no “add-ons”. Had to set up the washine machine, by removing the stablising plugs myself and also by putting the bottom on. easy to set up plug and play. Whole set up process took around 40 minutes. Would recommend.

Lovely washer/dryer that has served my home for the past 2+ years, that sadly last november I found out it had lost access to the app, meaning that the product lost connection with WiFi, and all the functionality in the app was lost (service time, maintenance routines, etc.) without any kind of compensation of support from Hoover. It’s a shame because it would otherwise have a full 5 star review but softbricking products seems to be en-vogue nowdays….

This item broke 6 weeks after receiving it, repair has been arranged twice and no one has been out, still waiting, when working it was great but after care is rubbish

Easy to set up, ok wizard app could be a bit more responsive. Washes awesomely and drys well. Quieter than my old washing machine once you get it level. Really pleased.

This looks great, works nicely with not too much noise and is the best washing machine I’ve had. I need a tumble dryer so I use this regularly too. Much easier and nicer than having two separate units..

Endless issues, 10 year parts warranty is a con. Gasget broke within a year, PCB has also gone faulty. Good news is you get free parts from hoover! Except they can only be installed by an approved engineer at £200 a day or you can pay £20 a month. Most likely this has put me off buying hoover branded stuff for life.
