Really happy with this product. I use it everyday around the house and have had no issues. There is a carpet mode and a hard floor mode which is easily adjustable, and a detachable pipe. The pipe however isn’t very long so when hoovering stairs I do have to take the vacuum with me, rather than standing it at the top or the bottom, however I don’t find this to be an issue as the vacuum is super lightweight. Great suction and power and easy to empty. Would highly recommend.

I am absolutely delighted with this hoover. I’m the sort of person who takes a while to make a choice, fearing I’ll be disappointed. I’m definitely not with this. It’s easy to move, it gives a lovely finish to the carpet pile, the stair mini hoover is brilliant. I have previously struggled hoovering the stairs with previous hoovers. The mini tool makes it so easy and suction is great, albeit you are still carrying the hoover with you as you go. For the fraction of the price of a shark, it’s performance is great. I previously had Dysons and it’s better.

I’ve liked the hoover brand for many years as it’s always been reliable and I wasn’t disappointed with this vacuum cleaner. It is very modern and sleek looking and super lightweight which is always a bonus especially for hoovering stairs. It’s very quiet compared to some of my other vacuums which is a great. It feels very good quality and is easy to manoeuvre with the steerable base. The suction is very powerful so ideal if you have pets. It has a super long power cord so perfect for larger rooms and stairs. My only criticism would be that you have to unclip the handle to attach to the hose however it’s not difficult nor does it take long to do. Overall I am extremely impressed with this vacuum cleaner and would highly recommend!

Brought this to replace my dyson, the design is great,the suction is alot better,it’s just lighter, easy to carry, easy to use, the only problem down side is not enough flexi hose, great value for money, great storage, I would recommend, love it, an update been using it for a week now, still love it, the but is the flexi hose is not long enough you can’t do cobwebs on the ceiling need to lift hole hoover, and other jobs, this is annoying big time, and can’t so far find longer flexible hose from anywhere, even been onto hoover itself, so that’s why changed my star rating

I’m going to be totally honest in my review so people don’t do what I did and buy this because the price was appealing. My Shark lift away gave up the ghost after 5 years of hardcore use & I wanted something to replace it quickly and to try and save money. I ordered this & it came next day but as soon as I took it out of the box I knew I’d made a mistake. You can tell it’s cheaply made just from looking at it. I have two Labrador retrievers and 5 children in the house so needed something that could cope with at least daily use. This couldn’t. The first use and the brush roller kept slowing down almost stopping, the slider controlling suction power shook itself around constantly causing it to go from high to low itself and the debris & hair stuck to the outside of the tubing due to static better than it vacuumed up! And using the tools was a nightmare. You have to take the hose from the very bottom of the hoover and add the handle to it if you want any length at all. This makes it really awkward to use. I really don’t see how they can claim this is for pets as, like I said, the roller power is terrible. I’m now returning it which goodness knows how long it will take me to get a refund & I’ve spent the extra on a new shark. My advice, spend the bit extra and get a decent vacuum cleaner that does the job well.

I HAVE NOW HAD 3 OF THESE VACUUMS, YES THEY ARE LIGHTWEIGHT, YES THE SUCTION IS EXCELLENT BUT ALL 3 HAVE NOW LIST THE TINY WHITE PLASTIC CLIP THAT ATTACHES THE HOSE TO THE MACHINE. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM BECAUSE ONCE THEY CLIP SNSIS OFF YOU CANNOT USE THE HOOVER BECAUSE THE FORCE OFF THE VACUUM PUSHES THE HOSE BACK OUT SO IN ORDER TO USE IT I HAVE WRAPPED ELECTRICIAN TAPE AROUND IT TO KEEP IT ATTACHED BUT OFF COURSE THAT MEANS I CANNOT USE THE ATTACHMENTS!! ITS SO SAD BECAUSE THIS IS A BRILLIANT VACUUM. easy to assemble and I have the attention span of a fruit fly so this is perfect! Quiet, it purrs. Powerful, amazing suction, easy to use attachments and so light, I totally love this bit of kit and would not hesitate to buy another one! 5 MONTHS ON AND I AM DISAPPOINTED IN THIS VACUUM.
