After looking at the reviews I thought I would buy a Hoover washing machine
So far this six-month-old washing machine has had SIX engineers visit to repair the noisy drum
Such a SHAME I thought Hoover had turned a corner and my experience as being a NIGHTMARE so far
I have spent hours emailing the manufacturers and now the suppliers for a REFUND or REPLACEMENT with not much joy they are now sending another engineer to see if they can repair this FAULTY machine AGAIN, they will require two visits one to see what is wrong AGAIN and one to come back to install the FAULTY parts AGAIN. You know something is wrong when you are on first-name terms with the engineers
I’m no expert but I’m sure it would be cheaper to replace this FAULTY machine instead of sending engineer after engineer to fix this FAULTY machine.
All I want is to use a washing machine to wash my clothes is it TOO much to ask
