    Not impressed with this. Only had the Hoover a relatively short time and the drive motor for the brushes burned out – smoke coming out of the head and making a horrible stink. Device no longer operational and for some reason no warranty offered…

    My only gripe is the wire but hey ho. It’s good at picking up dog hair, light enough to carry easily, I like how all the tools fit on the machine so no hunting around for the crevice nozzle. I didn’t realise that the brush bar won’t turn if the vacuum is upright, a definite plus for the wear of the brush and my carpet, I sent the seller a message thinking it was a fault and I got a phone call the same day from customer service, gobsmacked, I’m thinking that would be hard to beat. Fortunately, there was no fault, just me. Very, very happy with the machine, after years of cordless vacuums the power is a plus. Customer service can’t be beat

    I am impressed by this machine. Plenty of accessories but not a very good head for doing carpeted stairs. Otherwise it’s great on carpet on the flat.

    Ik ben een kat, honden MADAME, dus veel haar en zand in de vele Oosterse tapijten.
    Heb altijd hoover gehad. Hetgeen dat voor negatief is heeft niets te maken met het toestel
    zelf maar ten 1st, de stofzuiger is gemaakt voor de Engelse markt dus met een “driepin stekker”
    er was wel een adapter bijgevoegd voor ons systeem hier in België. Ten 2de op de site van België
    Staat de stofzuiger te koop voor ongeveer 449€ met verzendkosten. Op de site van UK staat deze
    geprijsd voor 120 pond = 180€ ? Ok je moet hierbij de verzendkosten, invoerrechten enz. Bijrekenen
    en dan moet je nog een adapter kopen . Ik vind het persoonlijk een groot prijsverschil.
    Voor mij is deze steelstofzuiger met zeer lange snoer zijn Belgische prijs waard.

    So pleased with this hoover , not only is it good value , I have four very large dogs , so my rugs get covered in hair , was using Henry pet , but wasn’t happy with the suction. This one has a stronger suction plus all the attachments for stairs , corners extra , very light weight , would def recommend, especially if have dogs

    I purchased this vacuum cleaner as the previous heavyweight item expired after 8 years of use (plastic fatigue a vital part broke off).
    I researched carefully as I needed a pet vacuum for cat hair.
    The first thing that struck me was how lightweight the vacuum is and how “cheap” the plastic appears. From a usage point of view it is very light and manoeuvrable but that is where it ends. After every usage I have to turn the machine upside down and remove the hair from the roller – we only have short haired tabby cat! The dust bowl only holds a very small amount of dust and fluff and has to be continually emptied. After a couple of months of usage the hose clip does not work properly and is very loose. The attachments are cumbersome to use. Unless the handle is reclined the brush will not rotate – hopeless for use on stairs.
    I wish I could return this but it is too late. I guess a trip to the dump is the next move.
