The washing machine is leaking a lot of water during the drying programmes. We bought this washing machine because of the little space we have in our flat. But now it is damaging the wooden floor in my tiny kitchen. I asked an authorised technician from the brand to come and see it and his explaination were really poor for not solving the failure. This is a problem from design rather than something that can be repaired. I definitively wouldn’t recommend to anyone buying this product.

I bought this in a hurry to replace a broken machine and regret it. The programmes are very limited. The 3.5 hr wash and dry programme doesn’t fully dry even a 4kg load and there seems to be no dry only programme to finish them off. So I’d say that as a washer dryer it essentially doesn’t work. On the bright side, one day it will die and I will replace it with a better one.

Got direct from Manufacture after issues from amazon but not a bad washer dryer… Can take a while to get stufff done and dry but so far happy choice
