Have used Hotpoint washing machines from year dot and have never been disappointed. Transit bolts clearly marked and was fitted in minutes, the colour was just to make a contrast in the kitchen. This is the quietest I’ve ever had, the amount of different washes it can be set to is staggering, the control panel easy to read and the timer generally is showing more time than it has left to finish, my old one would show 2mins and then go back to five as I stood waiting for it this one is the opposite. Proper buttons you push and not the new touch technology, much preferred. You can open the door during a wash by pausing the wash at any time. The steam programs are brilliant, the ironing takes half the time it used to. It uses less water and power than my other which was only a 7kg load capacity. Solid well made construction, heavier than other makes so doesn’t dance about with an uneven load, I love my Hotpoint.

Almost same price what we paid for our smaller drummed, leaky, noisy Beko washer a few years back and it’s 100 times better. Really pleased so far.
