Prompt delivery, casing to machine slightly damaged, had come away from machine. Rectified by my private plumber. Otherwise just as I expected.

Lovely compact washing machine. I love top loaders much easier to use than front loaders. Delivery was excellent. Free delivery came within 36hours. Driver couldn’t have been more helpful. Good cleaning slightly louder in soon but I think this is because it rests on a wooden floor.

I love this washing machine, very good program selection. Easy to use. Love it even more then standard washing machines, honestly I dont think I will ever go back to standard ones this is so easy to load and unload. Its not too noisy.

No bells or whistles but that’s exactly what was requested and ordered. The quality of this product is very good…it’s a Hotpoint! My elderly grandparents find using this product easy. It’s quiet, washes nicely and performs very well! Good value for money! Carries a firm recommendation from us after 3 months of use.

pleased with the washing machine Marks Electrical kept me up dated on delivery times The delivery team Garry and carl were fantastic they carried the machine into the property for me happy to recomend Marks electrical I will also use them again in the future

Washing machine itself was GREAT! However, had to reschedule the delivery from Hotpoint directly and purchase Installation and Old Machine Removal for extra charge (quite reasonable for both). Deducted 2 stars from the overall experience for this reason. The washer itself is 5 star.

The area where the machine is to be used is a little confined and a top loading washing machine is ideal us.. used for the first time clear instructions are given and the machine did its job perfectly
