I am not a computer expert, but the HP all in one is fantastic. Easy set up and lightweight. Perfect for our business. Also purchased the HP printer/copier smart Tank which gives you step by step setup on an app

Other Amazon purchasers should be informed of the following warranty issue with HP.
When I set up and connected my shiny new desk top All in One computer, supplied new with 12 months warranty, onto the HP website, I was alarmed that it only had 28 days left on the warranty.
Un-fortunately, Amazon Customer Services were unable to deal with this, other than suggestion that new product was still within their return window for a full refund.
It transpires, after research, that HP begin the warranty ‘clock/calendar’ when the product leave’s their factory.
Why, I don’t know……………..
When registering your new product, you will need to fill in a form ‘challenging’ their warranty dates.
Frankly, this is ludicrous, but, if you fill in the form and send them your dated receipt, they will correct the warranty to begin on the day of purchase from Amazon.
This seems like needless drama, both for HP and the new purchaser.
I was very frustrated at having to do this, and I hope the new AIO desktop now gives me good service within the adjusted warranty period and beyond.
This seems to apply to all HP products, so be aware of this if you wish to avoid the stress I had to experience.

Great computer just one fault, which was mine for not looking, I thought all computers had the means to play CDs, this does not make all my P.C. games unuse able.
