Nice looking sofa but smaller than we thought. One cushion arrived with seam stitching all undone was then sent wrong cushion cover and they have ignored all messages and never sent an invoice!!! Wondered why one side was squeaky (as it not really sat on) I think the wood panel is split but can’t see as it is covered!

Love the comfort, size and easy assembly.
Disliked the middle seat as seems to be missing memory toppling and is smaller than other seats.
Unfortunately they have said they will send foam for cushion but 2 weeks and still waiting

When I first got the sofas, one of the sofas was damp at the bottom and after a couple of days of having a sofas, one of the sofas is ripped. The sofas also a lot smaller than what they showing you online so please do your research, so you don’t lose out money like I have. Went to request a refund and the seller has approved the refund. However I’ve still not received my refund after over two weeks. Absolutely disgusted with the service definitely won’t be using it again.
