I was very happy with my sofa plus a bit disappointed that at one end of the sofa was soaking wet and so was two of the cushions

Really pleased with the sofa.
Looks wonderful. Is really comfy. No complaints.
Only issue was with delivery, and they made a very strange excuse as to why I was sat waiting for delivery and no one came. To then give me the real reason that they rang the wrong number and cancelled delivery without messaging me or anything. That was stressful to say the least.
Apart from that, I’m really pleased with my purchase and would use again.

No edging on the cushions like it shows in the picture the corner only has 1 pillow so it leaves a gap as the are nor the same shap, its hard, it bows in the middle when you sit down and we aint big people, it creacks, the legs are cheap and custom service is rude and not helpful when asking them to sort the problem i have reported this seller and will be taking it further
