This is an OEM replacement part and is therefore well-made. The original spindle, which was running fine at 350 hours, was taken out by a rock. One assembly tip: This spindle, like the original one, was mounted using 5/16-18 self-tapping bolts. If your originals, like mine, are only fit for the scrap bin then you’ll need these Husqvarna screws #584953901. OR, you can just tap the spindle and use grade 5 or better 5/16-18 X 1 1/4″ bolts, 4 required.
