I’ve read a lot of negative reviews on this trimmer head and quite frankly I don’t understand why there are so many of them, it is preforming quite well for me with no issues. In fact I ordered another one.

I impressed the design of this trimmer head. It is smaller and lighter than other brands, but the length of line installed is very much similar to other brands.
Some people struggle to put the line in, actually there is a small hole guide for the line. If you missed that hole, then it will not hold the line.
Its too early for me to say about the durability of this product. But it looks durable.
