The hood on the pram is very thin material and not strong …the cover to cover the blankets doesn’t fit properly….and can’t get in contact with them to send it back

I’ve been using this for a while now and let me tell you it is not worth getting one of these. It’s heavy, large, awkward to open close and change between pushchair car seat and bassinet. Honestly, I use the car seat in the car and then in the pram frame (the rest is in storage in the basement) and it is a pain to fit in the pram frame and remove, and closing the pram frame is also a pure hassle. Do yourself a big favour and steer clear of this- spend less on something more practical. It’s not even a smooth ride for my toddler. The changing bag is rubbish. I can’t wait for it to break to justify throwing it away. I’ve had the fickle Bubba Stomp Luxe all in one for 4 months now and still feel the same way about it. It’s a costly mistake. Even worse I had to buy a new car seat from Halfords as the one with the pram was not holding my little one in securely; the belt kept getting loose. Customer service was terrible. they refused to do anything about it. So once you make the mistake of buying it you’re stuck with it.
