Maybe it’s just the one I have but, it is not balanced correctly and the door is hard to open? That said, as I attempt to pull the door open (and it dosen’t) the whole unit tips forward as I open the door, I have to hold the unit or it tips over!
That said it’s very good at the cooking part. and shelves make it easy to do more than one thing at a time providing you keep an eye on it!

Outstanding product cooks roast potatoes best ever and easy to clean. I would certainly recommend this as a mini oven not particularly as an air fryer. But I prefer this type of air fryer. I can cook in this start to finish quicker than my big oven takes the warm up so it’s a no-brainer.

This a I great air fryer, plenty of room basket is great for chips, and wedges. I don’t use the oven anymore, so I have saved so much money. I love the trays, they come up really clean in the dishwasher. I’ve been using it every day since August 2024.
I brought a tower air fryer and it broke in a few months. You won’t be disappointed with this one. I’m not😁

A good piece of kit works, very well and looks good. On the down side it is a bit smaller than I expected, had to perform major surgery on a chicken to even use the rotisserie, but the results were great.

Love my airfryer. Got this to replace a simple 4l one drawer airfryer which I was pretty pleased with, so I took it to use in my caravan. Buying this larger one to use at home. Its great! The 3 shelves make it so versatile. I can cook a whole meal and sides at the same time. Its fast, clean and very easy to use. Best of all it seems to make food extra tasty, maybe its cooking it in a small area concentrates the flavour, but I’ve cooked 5 meals in it so far and every single one worked better and came out more flavourful than if I’d cooked in my standard oven. It takes up little more space than my smaller, previous fryer and its dead easy to clean after using it. Very pleased.

Who doesn’t love an air fryer. This is our 2nd fryer from this company. We like it because in reality it’s an air oven, that is an excellent size for 2 people’s needs. The internal setup means you can get a medium whole chicken in it along with your roast potatoes (on a separate) shelf. It’s easy to use and cooks really well. Crisps up food nicely, so great for crispy snacks.
