Update:
Jabra and Microsoft seem to have finally got their act together. A couple of firmware updates has been released and now works pretty much flawlessly. Bumped up to 4 stars, dropping one solely for that poor early experience.
Original review:
Was a pretty good headset for home working, Clear audio both ways, fairly comfortable for up to a couple of hours at a time and great call control button integration with Microsoft Teams to pick up a call, end it and mute-unmute.
However, sometime over the summer a Teams update has broken the call controls. First they would stop working mid call, now they just don’t do anything at all. Very frustrating and makes answering calls and running meetings using the headset a real pain now.
Jabra don’t seem to care too much though and are still pushing these headsets a Teams compatible. They claim it is Microsoft’s problem, which may be the case, but if you market as compatible you are bound by law to ensure that is true – Jabra should be all over Microsoft over this!
So BUYER BEWARE – this is unlikely to work with Teams for you. Might as well look elsewhere.

The Jabra Evolve 20 Stereo Headset is a great choice for professional calls and video conferencing. The sound quality is clear, and the microphone picks up voice well while reducing background noise. It’s easy to set up and works seamlessly with Microsoft Teams.
Comfortable to wear for extended periods, and the inline controls are convenient for managing calls. For the price, it’s a solid, no-frills headset that gets the job done.

It’s a great affordable combo if you need a microphone and headphones together.

When you work from home and have to sit at a desk all day talking, I found this head set very comfy. It’s soft sponge for the ears and is light weight so it doesn’t hurt my head while wearing them all day. Great sound and when I’m out at a coffee shop it definitely blocks out the surrounding noise. Great cheap headset.

Purchased as a second headset for travelling with, as I didn’t want to damage my expensive wireless one. Connected via usb with no hassle and works well.
The only gripe I had is the switch box on the cord for volume, mure etc has a disconnect button on and if you have a few points during a call where you swing your head round and the cable moves you can knock the box and flip it upside down and disconnect your call, so it would be nice if this was either weightier or it could be fixed with a bracket? I disconnected a few calls half way though!
Call quality and clarity through the headset is great and the build quality is exactly what you expect from Jabra

Ordered 8 for our office. RoyalMail first couldn’t deliver so was delayed, but now we have them, they work great in an office work environment.

A great headset that’s compatible to use on Microsoft Teams and Skype. Found out about this product when my previous workplace gave this for me to use and I liked it so much that I ended up buying it to use in my current job. The cable is a good length. It’s so simple to use – you just simply plug it in and it automatically installs it for you – hassle-free! Noise cancellation is good and the ear pads are soft and comfortable on the ears. I like the cool feature where you can take and end calls by the press of a button on the remote control pad and you can even mute and unmute yourself on it. Money well spent. The only negative bit about this product is that it makes a clicky sound when you adjust the headset.

I purchased a number of these headsets to hand out to work for employees. The Jabra units are well made and provide a nice, quality sound.

仕事用で購入しました。
1日での使用時間は少ない日で2時間、多い日で4時間です。
耳が痛くなる事はありませんし、音も聴きやすいです。
使用前はあまり期待してませんでしたけど、買って良かった製品です。

They are easy to use, simply plug and play. You can also install an additional app for Windows PC if you want extended controls like surround sound, better quality base and treble so that’s a nice feature to have but entirely optional. The most important feature for me is the active noise cancellation which works great, especially if you’re on video calls at home and your next door neighbour is drilling or hammering on the walls. The other side won’t hear a thing!
Catherine Crossan –
I bought these because it said they have a noise cancelling microphone, however, this is definitely not the case, background noise is very much heard by participants of meetings. They are comfortable though.

Very good experience, good sound, very comfortable on the ears
