   What a fantastic value! I’ve been using a professional salon hair dryer, until it went “BANG!” (horrifying!) and fell from my hands! A spur of the moment dryer was not really budgeted for, but I crossed my fingers and hit Amazon…
   After browsing for some time, this dryer caught my eye. Based on reviews; it seemed that I could rely on this dryer to quickly dry thick hair without scorching it or paralyzing my arms! I also noted a generous cord length. Life is too short for stubby dryer cords!
   My dryer arrived the next afternoon (after a 2 a.m. order, gotta love lightning quick gratification!) well packaged, and loaded with accessories that would easily equal or top the price of the dryer all on their own. The straightening comb, diffuser and director nozzle all snap securely to the nozzle of the dryer and feel sturdy: barring unusual abuse I can’t imagine they would fail or break. The dryer itself is compact, lightweight and has a velvety matte finish. I saw somewhere that the cord is 8’, I didn’t measure or compare it to the cord on my exploding dryer, but it didn’t feel or look skimpy to someone accustomed to working with a 9’ cord. There’s an attached Velcro loop to allow tidy storage of the cord, nice since wrapping the cord tightly around any appliance to stow may result in a weakened cord or failure. There’s also a removable screen on the dryer intake to allow for cleaning to extend the strength and lifetime of the dryer.
   When I whipped the dryer out the next night to blow out my friends hair she immediately exclaimed “Nice! Someone got herself a fancy new dryer!” I confessed to my late night Amazon foray, but didn’t admit to the fantastic bargain of it as I dried her hair to a silky, smooth finish quickly and without any excessive noise! (It’s not whisper quiet, but we agreed that it wasn’t an obnoxious level or difficult to speak around.)
   I’ve had this for about a week now, and I couldn’t be any happier with it unless it styled my hair for me while I slept! If any issues arise, I’ll update or amend this review but as of now I can definitely say that this dryer is a find and is definitely a purchase that I am happy to have made! WINNER!

   I’ve had the hair dryer for a few months now and I am extremely happy with it! It’s used daily. Light weight. Perfect amount of HIGH or LOW blowing and variable temperature settings. Nice sturdy cord. Comes with attachments (that other very pricey dryers have available but have to be purchased separately). I don’t use any of the attachments so it’s kind of waste for me personally – throwing them in the donation pile and maybe someone can do something with them. I am probably going to get another for the guest room. Like the infrared feature that comes on with heat setting.

    I bought this for my daughters christmas present, she is happy with it, but the only downside is the hairpick is very small. So, she has to buy an additional universal pick for it before she can use it because her hair very thick and coarse hair

    I believe in transparency but I hope you will keep in mind 2 things when reading my review. First, if you look at my profile and my other reviews, you will see I have never reviewed an item for any incentive before. I’m not one of those Vine reviewers who always says something is great because they got it for free and you get it and it’s garbage. Second, you will see I rate items honestly. If it’s garbage, I will say so, if it’s great I’ll say so.

    Ok, now to the point. I did have to buy this item first. I have shelled out my own money and will not get reimbursed until after I review. I get my money back regardless of my review so I have nothing to lose. That being said, this hair dryer actually lived up to it’s reputation. I’ve had it for a little over a week now and use it every day. I am at an age where hormones are wreaking havoc on my hair and I have to wash it every day. That means drying every day.

    What I noticed right out of the box is how lightweight this dryer is. It has a silicon type feel so it’s not slippery hard plastic. That means it’s easy to grip and won’t crack. Next, the buttons are sideways so while gripping to dry, you won’t accidentally change your settings. The accessories actually snap in and they work! My current dryer has accessories but they often don’t fit right and really don’t work, especially the diffuser. This diffuser works incredibly well and I don’t even have super curly hair! It helped my sad waves and gave my hair body and volume, something I sorely need now that my hair is thinning. 🙁

    Regarding the claim of drying faster. I would say yes, a bit faster for sure but the more important thing is healthier. I can use a lower heat and airflow setting with this dryer and yet still finish in slightly faster time than my old Revlon dryer. What is the best is it isn’t making my hair fly away! With my current dryer I can have static on a seriously rainy day. That is not cool. With this one, no static. Not on rainy days and not on dry winter days. That’s HUGE!

    Lastly, I believe this dryer has been much healthier for my hair. The ends don’t feel as dry, my hair definitely lays smoother, no flyaways, no frying, just silky soft.

    So, I didn’t have to leave a positive review but I am happy to do so. I believe in giving credit where it is due. If something happens to this dryer and it burns out long before it should or whatever, I will update this review. I do follow up my reviews if necessary.

    If you need a dryer, give this one a whirl. It’s a great product at a fantastic price. I would definitely say it performs as good as the ones my hair stylists use.
