got the Jumper Laptop for my daughter to help with her schoolwork, and it’s been a great fit so far. The 15.6-inch HD display is a good size for reading, working on assignments, and video calls. My daughter’s old laptop no longer holds charger so she needed new laptop. Nothing too expensive. We chose this one because it has Microsoft office available ant that’s basically what she needs most. She is using it now for nearly 3 weeks and had no issues. Set it up took few hours (normal for new laptop). Charger / battery holds well. It has everything that she needs at the moment. Good size screen. Speed is an ok considering price. We slready have extra memory card to add and this one came with good memory build in. Hopefully it will last few years minimum

Why did you choose this product over others?:
I am genuinely surprised at the positive reviews of this laptop.
The pros: it’s lightweight, and the screen is good.
The cons: it’s the performance that I’m most disappointed with. Maybe I’m used to business laptops, but this laptop struggles with very basics, like switching between screens, trying to rename files in explorer etc. It’s slow with almost everything. And I’m not doing anything special that should be processor / RAM intensive. Partially it’s my fault, as I should have realized that 4 GB RAM is very little. The worst part is – the RAM is soldered to the motherboard, meaning you can not upgrade or add more RAM. That is VERY little memory, and you will be utilizing most of it just running basic applications.
So I would not recommend this laptop with these specs unless you’re literally doing nothing else but reading emails and checking a website. And even then, it will be slow. It’s cheap, but I would still never consider this laptop as there will be better options where you can add more memory if you wish to do so. With this laptop that’s not possible, you are literally stuck with the poor performance.
