Hi, bake bred about three or four times a week. And this unit has become an absolute godsend . I don’t think you can beat it for the price he copes very admirably with a 500 g of flour bread recipe I making a 900 g sourdough loaf. I usually run it for about half an hour, in settings between level level three and level five, and it copes admirably . (the manual only states to use it on no more than three for bread, but obviously the faster you can go the easier it is to get the gluten into your bread so I’ve pushed it to 5 quite happily . I held back on this review, just to see if it would cope and I think I’ve had the unit for about six months now so I think we can safely say it’s fine . Definitely recommend going for the higher wattage model if you’re making bread as you need that strength and when you compare the price of other units with a similar wattage, I think you get a lot for your money . As others have said, don’t dishwashing the paddles et cetera but if you’re making bread you want to rush them, anyways as your dishwasher won’t remove any residue . So no problem there. . Occasionally unit use it for brownies et cetera. And yes, the whisk doesn’t touch the bottom of the bowl but it doesn’t really matter. As as soon as you get the mixture moving it pushes it around just fine . I saw the one star review, have to say it was unfair the sticky feet stick just fine and if you have stop sticking why don’t you give them a clean . And as with all electrical plates in your kitchen, you should never leave them unattended so common sense, prevails there . Definitely recommend this unit, especially if you’re a beginner and don’t want to lay out extraordinary amounts of money on something you’re not sure you’ll get great use out of.

This is a great little machine for mixing foods. So far I’ve made bread, sponges and whipped cream in it and all done with ease. The only downside is that there is no cover over where you add ingredients through the splash guard. Bit of a pain when making buttercream and there is a cloud of icing sugar everywhere but other than that highly recommend. Doesn’t come with a load of fancy attachments like KA or Kenwood but is perfect for what I need.

Sometimes an old fashioned mixer is what you need – but this one is less pricey than big names, and is very powerful. Easy to use and clean, copes well with even the stiffest bread dough. Very pleased.

used it a few times not had it long it is great to use its pretty light its fast enough to do bread on one or two settings , thou its the wrong colour i wanted black i got red but im not botherd it does its job realy well everything was with it , no cooking ingredients tips etc or book id buy again if it last me easy clean its great and good price considerering more expensive ones that are not has fast or high powered buy one today get ya bread done or cakes and get a panasonic bread maker
