As you’d expect from Karcher, this works very well. The angled nozzle is especially effective, although I find their car carpet attachment, bought separately, to be a useful addition. I almost bought the top of the range version with variable suction, and sometimes this version is actually too powerful, but generally speaking you’ll probably want full power most of the time anyway. Recommended.

We got this for the tiled roof terrace of the penthouse we just bought. The property was a probate sale and the terrace had been somewhat neglected. We don’t have easy access to water out here to power wash so I bought this outdoor vac to at least try to remove the debris so that I could then manually wash and scrub the tiles. And OMG – no scrubbing needed. This vac is everything I ever expected a pressure washer to be before I realised that pressure washers just displace and throw dirt absolutely everywhere. The tiles are coming up so good I can’t believe it and the spaces between them actually look clean despite being matted with years worth of dirt. I’m seriously impressed with the power of this thing. The manouverability is also excellent and despite being quite a piece of kit it fits into our little cupboard that’s about the size of a coffin (horrible frame of reference, sorry). I did quite a bit of research before choosing this product, and after I chose it (but before buying) I plugged all my requirements into an AI and it recommended me the same product (actually it suggested a WD4 but said that if I wasn’t price sensitive then I should go with the WD5 that I’d already chosen because it’s worth it).

Present for the husbands shed. He does loads of DIY jobs for our 2 daughters homes and business, plumbing building joinery, this kit has coped with everything wet or dry. It is big check size but as a more industrial cleaner than domestic. The accessories that came with it have been useful, so I’m informed and it has a powerful suction action. It moves around on multiple castors without tipping, has a long lead. Having a blower function has been helpful with sawdust/ shavings. Bought it on prime day so great price paid. Hubby uses it to clean the car, garage and building projects so far ha not let him down. Easy to empty he says too

At last, a vacuum that just does what it’s supposed to. Simply turn it on, wave it around and dust etc is hoovered up! not much to go wrong, bag had loads of capacity and does not drop off suction when getting full. Main body is a bit bulky and will fall over going over carpet/wood floor thresholds due to single wheel on front, and this results in float blocking the motor, so you have to fully turn off and allow to stop rotating before turning back on. Hose is long enough and floor head is easy to use. Only gripe is the mains cable is only 5m long – needs to be at least double this. Still glad I changed to this from Dyson
