Although it may work fine for occasional or very light use, it is not reliable for tasks like blending larger quantities. I expected better performance and durability, especially considering its advertised versatility. The manufacturer should improve the motor quality and include overheating protection for better longevity.

I bought this blender as a replacement for my previous Kenwood one. I can say it is of a better quality than the previous one and it also has a larger jug for bigger-capacity blending. Can fully recommend this product.

Bad product!!!! Product didn’t work! I ordered this product in January 2015 and it was delivered but I didn’t open the pack or try to use it immediately it was delivered. I kept it one of my cabinet safely, When I tried to use it recently I noticed it’s not working and the return window is closed already. I will have to trash it. It’s not working at all, I guess the engine is bad. So painful I lost my money
