Excellent mixer. Only problem removable splash guard keeps falling off. Contacted Amazon and replacement on its way . My only disappointment mixing bowl has no K marking on as advertised.
NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER April Splash guard went faulty given a Gift card £12.95 to replace it. Contacted Kenwood customer care as bowl on mixer was not as advertised. Reply was contact Amazon !!! Mixer has now jammed on the release from mixer to bowl and can not be used at all. In the bowl is a Flexi rubber blade for mixing that I purchased from Amazon £20.45 which I was unable to remove as no accesses to bowl. I explained all of above to Amazon and now have returned mixer with blade still in bowl. Cost of mixer was £259.00 Refund now being given is £246.05 as person on telephone could not understand that gift card was to replace faulty splash guard and then told they could not replace or refund mixer blade that is still in jammed mixer. I would like a Full REFUND £259.00 for mixer and £20.45 for mixer blade. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS MATTER URGENTLY

I’ve never had a stand mixed before (always used a hand one) and have a very small kitchen so ordered a morphy Richard mix star because it’s compact. I returned it because it wasn’t for me. This Kenwood mixer is in a very different league. It is extremely good quality, very quiet and I love it. I’ve so far made muffins, ginger cake , scones and bread and it’s performance is amazing. I’m not a great baker and all of these things came out so good. Also I’ve squeezed it onto a space on my worktop and it looks beautiful. Lovely product. Im thrilled with it.

Absolutely love this mixer amazing quality and well built.. I had my mum’s kenwood chef for many years and definitely needed an upgrade and this one is perfect. Such a beautiful colour too. I firstly saw this mixer on tiktok and wanted to buy it ever since. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this kenwood has been around for years and I believe in buying quality products that will last you for years..

Got this mainly for kneading dough, its alright for most of the yeast dough I make but it struggles with high hydration dough; There isn’t an adjustable height nut for lowering the dough hook so it cannot really scrape the dough at the bottom of the bowl.

Have only used a few times, but delighted with power and mixing ability. Very easy to use. Had intended to store in cupboard when not in use, as don’t like a lot of clutter on worktops, but far to pretty to hide away!

I bought this stand mixer to replace my previous K-Mix which had lasted twelve years. It came beautifully packed. Be aware the photograph on the box side doesn’t necessarily show the box contents.
I would have given this new mixer four and a half stars were that possible. The main paddle is very heavy, far heavier than the previous one and than the other paddles supplied. It’s not detrimental but it feels clunky. The balloon whisk is fine, as is the soft-bladed beater. The dough hook has a different angle and I felt it didn’t mix bread dough adequately. I was able to use the hook from my old machine, which fit and works without problems. The mincer attachment I had also fits this new model.
The machine looks sleek and well made. It’s not particularly quiet in use but it doesn’t walk across the worktop so I’m okay with that. It’s a first class machine for mixing biscuits, cakes, meringues, ice-cream, pastries and also handles minced meat for patties and sausage. It’s good value for money, easy to use and to clean. I’m happy with it.
