Very disappointed with this mixer. I bake bread daily but this could not cope. After a few days use, using it on the lowest speed as advised in the instructions, it started to really overheat and a burning smell came from it. I have returned it now and chosen another make

I can’t use it without putting sonlme silicone pads underneath and touch it with mittens
Also, it came with little rust over the attachment area of the whisker and other part??
I doubt it’s authentic

This isna Christmas present for our son and daughter-in-law. They absolutely love the mixer and they have had it working hard making cakes and bread.

This mixer was bought all in good faith for my daughter who lives 10,000 miles away from me. I ordered it from Amazon au and it arrived all in good time but it has a UK plug on it? Absolutely amazed when I bought it from amazons Australian website you’d have thought it was set up for Australian use. You might think what’s all the fuss about when all is needed is an adapter plug BUT lo and behold it says do not use with an adapter!!! I would like a suggestion please as to what to do. This is an expensive mixer so I am very disappointed and unhappy. Nowhere does it say in the details that this is for Uk market. So please watch out if you are buying for Australia from Amazon au.

The mixer is perfect. I bought it as a gift and had it delivered to her address. recipient was delighted. There was a bit of confusion re delivery. Initially informed it would arrive on the Tuesday, this was updated to the Thursday. However the item actually arrived on the Wednesday. Luckily someone was at home to receive it. That being said I have a Kitchen Aid myself and would recommend this product.

Love it. Best kitchen appliance I’ve ever bought. Love all the attachments for it and its versatility. It is a heavy appliance that you will use everyday. Also looks sexy in a kitchen and the colour choice is amazing. Well made and practical. I understand it’s pricey but believe me the cost out ways the practicality. I waited a long while to get one. I should have done it sooner.

It was a gift for my sister, and honestly, I think I’ve just secured my title as her favorite sibling! She’s absolutely in love with it. The mixer is not only beautiful but also super powerful and makes baking a breeze. I’m so happy I got her this gift – she’s been using it non-stop, and it’s definitely become a kitchen staple for her. Totally worth it!

A bit on the pricey side, but if you want a quality product, you need to consider this mixer. It’s powerful enough for heavy dough and mixes with no problem. I love the silver color. I purchased a dust cover for it as it sits on the counter and this prevents dust and dirt from getting into the bowl and on the mixer. The stainless bowl is excellent quality and the handle is sturdy and useful. All good as far as I’m concerned. Why buy something cheaper and then have to purchase again and again? Put your money into a quality product once and always have a quality product. That’s why I purchased this KITCHENAID Artisan Tilt-Head Stand Mixer, Silver, 4.8 Litre.
