   I am very pleased with this stand. It is beautifully made, and a nice piece of engineering. I had some doubts about how good it would be, as some negative reviews were quite damming. I can only think those customers had a faulty product or unrealistic expectations. The stand came delivered very quickly, and extremely well-packed – on a par with Apple’s standards. Both elements (the main stand and the tablet clamp itself) were separately wrapped in soft plastic envelopes (“bags” sounds too prosaic for this packaging) and these were in a sturdy custom-shaped cardboard package. This itself was packed within an outer box and padded with additional paper wadding. This protected it very well during transit. The stand was easy to assemble – my 4 year old granddaughter could have done it! It fits my iPad Pro 2018 very well and holds it securely. I have not experienced any of the issues reported by some of the tablet slipping out of position, or failing to hold the tablet at the desired angle. The clamp uses a metal ball to allow very flexible rotation or position, and the knurled plastic ring makes tightening it easy. The metal stand itself is attractive and stable – and has soft anti-slip rubber foot pads front and back. The loops of “string” on each side of the clamp itself allow you to easily open the jaws to fit your tablet. All in all, this is an excellent piece of kit, and good value for money. It may not be the cheapest such device out there, but it is definitely value for money, and you do get what you pay for. I would certainly buy another if I needed one, and am happy to recommend this to others.

   I was looking for a tablet stand for some time and after much research decided to purchase this one; believe me I’m glad I did.

   The stand comes in two parts: the main body and the clamp which grips the tablet. A set of instructions and guarantee card is also included. 

   It’s easy to assemble and has a sleek, minimalist design and is lightweight, yet stable on flat surfaces thanks to rubber cushions embedded in the base.

   I use the stand with a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 plus and it does not disappoint.  The adjustable jaws of the clamp holds this thin tablet securely in place despite its large 12.4 inch screen and 0.5kg weight.  The inside of the jaws also has textured rubber to prevent the tablet from being scratched when held.

   The flexible ball joint has been especially useful to adjust the tablets viewing angle and change perspective from landscape to portrait. The only thing missing is height adjustment; I have resolved this by occasionally propping up the stand on some books to help adjust camera placement when using the tablet for video calling. 

   There is also a cutout section on the back of the stand which is handy for passing a charging cable through to the tablet.

   Overall, If you are looking for a quality tablet stand I would recommend this one without hesitation.

   I got this reduced for £10 in the Black Friday sale and it’s seriously one of the best £10 I’ve ever spent! I’d ordered 4 or 5 different ones from different brands to compare and when I got to try this one it blew all the others out of the water. I have a ten inch lenovo tablet and tried viewing it with just the stick out stand built into the cover I bought. Which is OK but sat at a table means you have to bend your neck down which isn’t very comfortable or pleasant long term and reduces the satisfaction of using a tablet in my opinion. So I was looking for a stand like this to elevate the tablet high enough to make it better to view. Most of the other stands I bought had one issue or another – were either too wobbly, the cradle was too small to grip and hold the tablet properly and firmly, etc. But this stand is 100% perfect for the task in every way. The cradle is nice and big can fit and hold my tablet with the protective case on, firmly on place. The stand is extremely sturdy with a nice and sufficiently heavy (but not too heavy) foot. The stand doesn’t wobble or shake in any way. Plus the design is really cool looking and well designed. When not in use or folds up reasonably compactly. Although the height is not adjustable the set height is perfect for viewing. I’ve been viewing my daily papers on my tablet with this the last week and it’s a joy to with this stand. I don’t normally write such long reviews. But thought I would to help others find the perfect tablet stand as this really is. Excellent work, Lamicall!

   A metal framed stand with protective strips to prevent scratches to surfaces. The stand comes folded and can be stowed like this when not in use. My initial concern was whether the hinge friction that isn’t adjustable would be sufficient and remain so over time. I can say that over the months of use the hinges have remained as new through use. I have had no issues with finding a viewing angle on desks while safely supporting the tablet. I also have the phone variant with smaller form factor but actually prefer this tablet variant now I’m using using a larger phone. There are better looking stands with corresponding price point however, this item is good value for money, foldable for stowage, proved sturdy and let’s face it, in use is out of sight.
