   It arrived well packaged and is very lightweight. It washes really well, surprisingly better that I actually expected and holds a lot unlike other smaller versions. I am pleased with it’s performance so far and it’s the quietest portable washing machine I have ever owned. I have had the machine for a few days now and the collaspable function is great, also when it’s fully pulled up it stays up. This version doesn’t come with a dry spinner, which I knew about. I am not new to these portable machines as I have no plumbing in a small apartment and I am a experienced camper, therefore I might consider its use in two environments. The machine like many portables is energy efficient and water saving. I have had various portable washers over many years both single and twin types. The twin ones that have a spin dry tend to burn out rather quickly, mainly the spin dry side, which is why I went back to a smaller portable washer with only one function. (You can’t have it all and I have had a lot of twin portable machines.)
   Also with this product it sits nicely under my higher kitchen cupboards in the kitchen, there’s no bulk so I can choose to collaspe it or not in it’s designated space. It’s great and looks good in my kitchen. I care properly for my machines as they are a investment so make sure you wipe dry inside and the lid after each use and air it, also drain the machine properly.
   I’m very happy with the product so far. The seller also gave excellent customer service, very keen to help with queries. I didn’t order through Amazon as my last order with a different seller, due to Hermes couriers went a stray, which was to no fault of their own but through Hermes, who constantly loose my parcels, the address isn’t even hard to find.
   I am glad I ordered this to replace the one lost through transit although it’s very different, is from a different seller and misses a feature I initially wanted, this machine is better. My only hope is that the timer lasts so a replacement down the road isn’t necessary for quite sometime.

   The washing machine worked for 3times. Only had it for a month. Then you have to go to the trouble of sending it back. And wait to find out if it is faulty. Wouldn’t recommend item

   Just received this today for an upcoming trip in our motorhome. Really easy to set up and Ive just done a trial wash. Really impressed at how much agitation it gives the clothes and how much dirt it removed. Ok it doesn’t spin the clothes dry but for washing and rinsing it’s great! Will be ideal for underwear, t shirts etc and will avoid having the visit laundrettes.
