As a PC the delivered product is fine. Having no pressing need to burn CDs, however, it took me some time to realise that, contrary to the specification advertised, the item delivered had no CD facility incorporated. In this respect I risked damaging the front panel by applying force in attempting to slide it sideways.
Due to the time elapsed since receipt, I decided not to initiate return procedures, but I do resent being out of pocket through having to buy a separate external CD writer. I feel that the supplier should contribute to this cost.

Good for basic office work and has basic home computer

This product looks good on paper but had to return it as both the SD card reader and DVD drive were missing. After 3 weeks still waiting for a refund from Amazon. The added keyboard and mouse were good quality and very useful as this was to be used as a laptop replacement

Excellent but came with no SD card reader, which was not what the bumf implied. Small niggles but it’s a machine with plenty of room to expand.

I liked its speed immediately. It was not expensive. It does make some noise

Good value, arrived quickly and seems to be running well so far!

I was hesitant about buying a big ticket item such as a PC sight unseen from Amazon and it turns out I was right. According to the description the machine is supposed to have an optical drive (behind a sliding panel) an an SD card reader but the one I received had neither. If those things are important to you then I recommend you check they will be supplied before you order and also take a good look at the PC out of the box before you connect it and make it hard to return. In my view the price should be reduced by at least £30 -£40 which it what it will cost to buy the missing drives as externals. It is probably a decent PC apart from this but it has taken the edge off what I hoped to be a satisfying purchase.

Very nice spec for the money, if under £400. I doubled the RAM to 16GB for about £30 (you need someone with small hands to fit the RAM by the way). It’s a fairly compact base unit, so I would imagine further expansion (graphics cards etc) could be limited by the case size, but it suits my needs as-is :-). Quite happy to give the purchase 5 stars.
