It’s the slowest laptop EVER Two lengthy phone calls to get it sorted First call helped and luckily I know a little about computers and got all the updates done STILL super slow
I unpacked it a bit late after receiving so my return date had expired
Now I am supposed to ship it to Amazon for repair I have no box or printer for the label
No option for home repair

This is a good general purpose laptop fine for surfing the net and using for office programs and is reasonably fast at that. That’s what I use it for, I don’t use it for gaming so have no idea what it would be like for that sort of thing. I use it mainly off the mains so I don’t know what the battery life is but the few times I have used it on battery alone it seems ok so I reckon you should get several hours out of it. It is now running Windows 11 version 24H2, so far with no problems.

while this may not be the most powerful laptop in the world its great for everyday use. word, web browsing ect. without it running out of storage space or slowing down. its size is great when compared to its weight and its look and design is perfect with it having a full keyboard rather than a small numpad less one.
