£599 for 24 gig of ram, 1TB SSD and rtx 350.
Great price, vibrant colours, feels very sturdy. Handling games and data very easily. There are always things you could gripe about but not at this price.
Go and spend £1500 and you can then whinge about issues.
    Really good deal and specs.

Really happy with this laptop, great quality, quick and responsive. Good build quality, nothing like the cheap plastic budget laptops, this one has a great feel

Great purchase. I bought it for day trading the stock markets and works great! Have it for a month and no issues so far. Batterie life could be a bit better, though.

I’m happy with the quality of the laptop!
Got it on sale for £600 which I feel is a pretty good deal, I’m used to using a desktop I don’t plan on using this laptop as a replacement but focus more on the portability. I chose this laptop partly for the GPU just in case I do want to do some gaming at some point, I’d like my laptop to be able to handle some games with good fps. The GPU can be turned off and settings adjusted to lower power usage and extend battery life which is good. It does what I want and I’m happy with the money spent on it. I haven’t used it that much but it handles Rekordbox 6 well which shouldn’t be too surprising. Not much noise or heat to talk of but I haven’t stressed it out.

The laptops good but on another point Amazon completely messed up the delivery. Really needed this for the weekend when I bought it, didn’t come for nearly a week later after a lot of hassle calling them and them saying it was coming. I even said I’d come to the warehouse it says its at and pick it up but that’s not allowed apparently. That laptop got lost in transit completely and they sent me a new one. Spent a couple hours on the phone with customer service total and all they could do for me is put 5 pound into my account as some kind of compensation but it really wasn’t enough for the hassle it caused. Doesn’t even cover the cost of prime for a month which I’ve been paying for years. I tried to make this long story short too.

I really like the build of the laptop. It feels somewhat premium and the performance of it is very good. The only issue is the battery life. The battery doesn’t last that long even on a full charge. But the overall performance is very good on many games. I’d certainly recommend it for its excellent price.

Great laptop for gaming and video editing (whilst plugged in.)
Screen quality is good and colours and contrast seem excellent for a non-oled and not 4k display.

The keyboard on my model doesn’t match the photos as it doesn’t have any different coloured lighting, which is disappointing but not a deal breaker. It simply has 3 options of no light, dim blue backlit, and bright blue backlit. Easy to switch modes with the press of 2 keys.
Runs games at 1080p HD and all that I’ve played so far run flawlessly regardless of whether they’re new releases or older classics. Have seen frame rates stay consistently over 100 FPS in many of the new games.
Davinci Resolve runs good for video editing in either HD or 4K ( even though you’ll not see 4k on the device), but for some reason which I’m not sure whether it’s hardware or software related it pretty much stops anything from downloading or uploading while that’s running (so if you need to back up any edits to the cloud or download additional images or footage then you need to close Davinci Resolve to do that). It may be different with other editing software but I can’t comment on what I’ve not used.

Has 3 power modes available while plugged in, including a quiet mode, performance mode, and an auto mode which will decide how much the fans will ruin depending on what you’re doing. The fans in this make a lot of noise when it’s not on the quiet mode to obviously keep the insides cool and running optimally.

Battery life is not good when it’s not plugged in (maybe a couple hours max) and only really suitable for web browsing and basic tasks, but that’s mostly irrelevant to me.
£600 the most I’ve ever payed for a laptop (I did buy it during a sale reduced from £800) but it’s also the best performing one I’ve had.
Overall very pleased despite the disappointment the pictures of the keyboard were false and misleading.

Bought as a replacement for an 11-year-old Lenovo G510 i7 still with plenty of life… Not for gaming, but high resolution, 24gb of RAM and 1TB SSD etc. A modern machine.

Didn’t bother booting into Windows. BIOS setup, live USB, used the whole disk for Linux Mint 22.1 XIA. Perfect.

This one is a little leaner i5, runs much cooler. Tweaking has been about relative font, menu, and icon display sizes across the board because of the larger screen resolution – desktop, text files, browsers, LibreOffice etc. Thin screen bezel – nice.

No problems with sound or graphics. Only one USB-C, no card slots (now redundant), so now it’s all USB and external drives. Battery charging limits still to be sorted as reliant on open-source software – no dramas.

Keyboard doesn’t have a conventional right control key, but a useless Windows thing called CoPilot (next to AltGr). I’ll try and get it remapped to something sensible.

    So far all ticketty-boo.
