    I purchased one of these and was not impressed about the quality of the image, until I learned that you had to switch off the Power saving features that are set as default. After this the picture was stunning.

    I always say you judge a company on how they treat their customers when things go wrong.
    One min I was watching the TV and all was fine. Later that afternoon switched on (out of standby) and lines and colour shadowing on top and bottom left of the screen so a definite fault. Fault even in their diagnostics image also.

    Called LG as was less than 2 months out of warranty and they were completely dismissive. Said its £570 + Parts for a repair. When I complained they advised for me to go to trading standards!!!!

    DO NOT BUY ANY TV FROM LG – You have been warned….

    Lovely picture hdmi2.1 took a while to figure how to turn on earc bought with extended warranty had it 2 years now perfect tv very happy
