Mrs Davina Todd –
Very clear picture and excellent sound quality. A big step up from the previous LG television purchased about 10 years ago. Smart features are goog and fairly easy to use even for us luddites!

Simply love the update to my half-smart previous TV. Prompt and secure delivery at excellent price. Relatively easy for this septuagenarian to set up with set-top box for live TV and internet for so many other options (too many actually!). Undoubtedly the best picture within this price range and superb sound – although I wish that there was better balance between the volume presented by the different channel options but that is probably down to the broadcasters.
DOSS –
Huge improvement over my old TV Excellent detailed picture but this depends on quality of broadcast material. Sound is also much better. Many features and smart operation. Would recommend for reduced price without breaking the bank.f

The TV is cool. Nice screen pretty good sound.
Easy setup.
The remote controller is nightmare.
Numbers buttons are never used.
No backlit
Hard to use.

Firstly I would point out this is a Which? Best Buy so probably that will seal it for most folks as Which? test rigorously to compare and only the best get the Best Buy award.
All LG OLED tvs are Best buys but this one is the so called entry level one – or the cheap one- but it is a quality product with a few niggles but the price compensates for this. At £799 (65 inch) it was a steal. Now is the best time to get a discounted 2024 version just as the 2025 ones come on sale and at about 2 grand for a newer model; it’s a no brainer.
Picture quality is as good as it gets to me and given it is sitting in a bright sunny room with multiple reflections it copes really well.
Sound quality is also great but I attached my soundbar pretty swiftly after set up.
I also was impressed with the stand which looks better in real life than in the photos. A previous lg tv I had had wobbly/ flimsy legs it was a miracle it never toppled over.
I did encounter some issues with the web software as it conflicted with my fire stick but the apps themselves were responsive on the lg remote I found. Set up was reasonably easy I would suggest.
I could not recommend this TV and OLEDs generally enough and believe LG are about the best out there if I had to pick a brand. To see sub £1000 OLEDs now makes them even more affordable than ever and a necessary upgrade.

Was happy with this product until I found an issue when 120Hz mode is activated with VRR and DolbyVision. Requested tech support and ended up returning the unit for a refund. Bought a second unit hoping it had been just bad luck and out of the box the new one was working excellent! Then a mandatory update came for the TV and… the same issue started happening again. If you want DolbyVision + 120Hz + VRR – skip this model, or make sure to keep software version 03.10.37. Anything with 23.20.20 onwards will exhibit the flickering shown above.
LG Support has yet to provide a solution – “wait for next update” which is a though ask if the product is not working as advertised and you spent well north of £1000 to get a product broken via an update.

A quality TV fro m LG. 100% recommend, the picture is amazing and smart TV interface easy to navigate.

Exceptional picture quality. OS is fast & fully featured. The screen is insanely thin so moving it around is nerve racking but once situated it really does look great. The price was also exceptional, at least £200 cheaper than anywhere else I looked. Especially good for gaming aswell.
