Mr Mark Bush –
In short: I am so happy with this product, it is easy to use, so quick to cook food perfectly, still working out what I can cook next, in it, absolutely blows my mind how good this device is.
Instructions for use are mininal, no recipie book, no extras, just the unit and a ‘frying plate’ for each side. Size is big, the transparent panels, and light make it possible to view the cooking process live, without opening the draws.
As for the very simple instruction manual, me I have worked many years as a chef, so I am enjoying, frequent visits to YouTube to look Air Fryer recipes. it does the job, really fast, and really perfect.
It is possible to get Air fryers much cheaper but I understand the result is frequently buy cheap and buy again, however, the item here is definitely not the most expensive, on the market. Maybe if you’re cooking for a big family you might need a bigger, more expensive unit but I’m not, and anyway how about batch cooking?

Just couldn’t do without this, wish I had got a double one to start with instead of a single. It’s In use nearly everyday, I have to keep the manual handy at the moment until I get fully used to it as when you are approaching 80 the memory isn’t as sharp. I did find the instructions relatively easy to understand, my only regret is I didn’t decided to buy earlier then I wouldn’t have bought a new oven.

I’m loving using this air fryer, it’s better than I expected. I’m glad I didn’t go for the ninja one now as this is cheaper and in my opinion it looks better, plus it’s works really
well. I love it. 😍😎👌

I’ve only used this to cook food once – and it did a great job, no problems there. However, I found following the instructions somewhat challenging. Firstly you have to follow the numbers on a diagram and the instructions keep referring to the numbers. For instance, you use the’ smart’ function to synchronise the cooking time of both baskets. The instructions for this are: ‘Make the settings for the preparation of both frying baskets. Press button 15. Button 15 flashes. Start the preparation process (see chapter “Operation”).
If you try to follow these instructions, you’ll be tearing your hair out. I finally figured out how to synchronise the 2 baskets. You have to set the cooking times and temperatures for basket 2 first. After selecting button no. 2, you then select the menu button. There is a range of food symbols on the display, starting on the left with the symbol for chicken. Keep hitting the menu button, as it cycles through each of the foods which flash when selected. Find the food symbol which approximates what you want to cook. The fryer chooses the time and temperature for each food for you, but you can alter these using the up and down arrows. The ones on the left alter the temperatures whilst the up/down arrows on the right alter the times. Then you choose the ‘smart’ button and choose the food, temperature and times for basket number 1. When you are ready to go hit the play/pause buttons. They could have spent a bit more money and made the instructions clearer by having a little section that said ‘How to synchronise cooking between 2 baskets”, perhaps by incorporating the instructions with some graphics. I also found the buttons a bit hit-and-miss, sometimes they worked, and sometimes they didn’t. All of the above said, I should imagine that once I get used to it, I’ll enjoy cooking with it.
