Cheap and cheerful – my 19 month old loves going out on her bike – she is still too small to reach the peddals so she is being pushed around, which works well – it can be a little wobbly but not issue at all.
I can only review what its like as a push around bike but im sure it will work fine as a pedal bike too.
Its a self assembled one so its not the most surdy but certainly enough for the little ones.

Took my two year old granddaughter out along country lanes where she lives, it stood up to going along the paddock to see the horses, so sturdy enough, it’s light weight and easy to manoeuvre. My granddaughter’s feet don’t reach the peddles just yet ( plenty of growing room) but she still feels that she is riding it, as she is going through a stage of refusing to get in her buggy this has been a god send. Definitely recommend. Just one thing the harness could do with being able too adjust smaller/tighter.

Our 16 month old isn’t quite walking yet and has always hated the pram, this has saved us. He absolutely loves going out in it and calls it his tractor.
It’s durable, lightweight, easy to manouver and collapses to fit half of a medium sized boot. It’s also way easier to manage in a city doing the shopping. I think he’ll use this for years to come even when he is walking.

– Sturdy frame, easy to put together
– Fun for toddlers, my 2.5 yr old son much prefers riding this instead of a pram or stroller
Cons
– This product is let down by poor quality straps which come undone far too easily. I will need to bodge them somehow to prevent them from loosening. My son ends up constantly hanging out of the seat when I want him securely held in
– The seat can come undone in transit, leading to the seat suddenly tilting badly
– I am 6ft tall and need the steering pole as long as possible, with it at max length my feet still constantly kick the back bucket as I am walking
– The steering pole is wobbly and uncomfortable for long distances
