Having used this bag only 3 times it’s now fit for the bin as the zip has come away from the main compartment making it useless. I would expect a bag of this price and quality to last more than 3 outings….

This product has saved my life and my back. I am only in the office 1 day a week – rest of the week out visiting organisations. This product means that I can take my laptop, files and materials without breaking my back. It is a great design with multiple compartments which have been well thought out. Looks good. Amazed at how much fits in it too which is important for me. I can carry files on several different projects and work on them while out. A4 stuff fits in with loads of room to spare. If you put a lot in it like me it is easy to access the materials because the zips for each compartment go a long way down each side allowing you to open the compartment right up. Excellent design, good looking, works well. Highly recommend. I have only been using it for 2 weeks so I cant comment on durability.

Couldn’t be more disappointed with this item, it’s not fit for purpose in the slightest. Bought for 2of 6 day business trips to Slovakia and one of the wheels failed on the 3rd day of the first trip but didn’t have time between trips to return item. Stitching on two of the zips also started pulling demonstrating cheap material and not what one would expect for the money. Will be going in the bin after less than a months use. Avoid!

A very large bag with lots if storage so xan get very heavy. 17 inch laptop fits ok along with lots of books and folders.
Wheels seem sturdy enough across car park and along corridors of my college.
Hand telescopes nicely fir a decent length but flexes easily and first clip into a wide range of lengths do you can’t get it exactly right, I’m 6 feet so it’s ok but my daughter is 5 feet four inches and struggles to find a good length.
Seems to be waterproof and fabric feels robust enough to last.
Overall I am.pleased but not delighted with this bag.

I spent hours looking for the perfect bag. I’m field service and needed something with a lot of storage for office items (laptop, paper, cables, etc.) and a small set of tools that I use frequently (drill, label printer, screw drivers, you get the idea). I was carrying this stuff in a backpack and it was killing me. Have to say this bag checked all the boxes. The last must was the baggage sleeve so I can slide this bag into of my Larger toolbox when needed. Perfection!!!! Appears to be of good quality will update after a few months.

I bought this to save me carrying heavy books to and fro when I am teaching in the community. It has been brilliant. Just the right size-plenty of room for folders, laptop, charger and other bits and bobs. It wheels well and I do not find the wheels noisy. I am sure this was a good investment. In comparison with the Samsonite products, this was also a very good price.

So far I’ve been very impressed with this case. My last case like this gave up the ghost after an impressive five years of continual use, so I’m hoping for the same from this one. I’m optimistic as it’s well made and has accommodated all my training materials, with the bonus of a laptop section reducing the number of bags I need to remember.

I bought this roller bag for my son so that it’s easier when he works away for one or two nights. It looked very good with different compartments for laptop, paperwork etc. Unfortunately I’ve sent it back as my son wanted more space in the compartment for clothes. Might I just add that it was very easy to send back and no quibble with a refund.

Good full size handle, very strong wheels, nice to have the plastic wrap around underneath which protects it from the ground, etc., and has all the room you would need inside to carry a small mobile office.
